Forever Mine

Part 7

The next day at school our class has a special training session. We ride the bus to a special rescue training facility. When we get off the bus the pro hero Thirteen is standing in front of us.

"I am the rescue hero, Thirteen. Welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint or the USJ for short. Today you will be doing rescue training. There are six areas: the ruins zone, the landslide zone, the mountain zone, the fire zone, the flood zone and the downpour zone. Each area has a different environment and a different disaster. Each of you will be in teams. Your team's goal is to work together and save everybody."

Before Thirteen can say anything else a black hole opens right in the middle of the facility. A whole bunch of people walk in. I realize by the teachers' expressions that these are actual villains. But, before I can do anything a black hole opens by me and Todoroki sucks us in. When we land we were in with the villains group. A man with blue hair and hands all over his body stands in front of us. He grabs me by the neck raising me to his eye level.

"These are the kids I'm supposed to be worried about?" He says with a raspy voice.

I turn my head towards Todoroki, silently pleading for him to help. The hand man puts the last finger down on my neck and I can slowly feel my skin and flesh fall away. It feels like someones ripping a hole through my neck very slowly. Todoroki, seeing that he's hurting me, blasts him with ice causing the hand man to drop me. Todoroki runs over to me and grabs me. I grab on to him tightly and fly both of us away from the villains and back to our group. Once I get close enough to the ground I set Todoroki down. Bringing my wings in I fall to the ground. The teachers and some of the students rush over to me to see if I'm okay. They closely inspect my neck injury and other parts of my body. The teachers tell us to go get help, but before we can move a giant black blob surrounds us. Before I know it I'm falling from the sky towards a huge lake. I try to fly but my wings won't work so instead I let my body fall into the water. I swim over towards the boat and climb on board. Deku and Tsu are also on board.

"Hi," I say, waving at them.

"Amaya! We need your help," Deku says, "We need to come up with a strategy to defeat them. I don't think they know what our quirks are, otherwise they wouldn't have stuck Tsu here. Tsu is going to be the most helpful seeing how she has a water related quirk. She swims up to them and attacks them, then while Amaya flies me above the water I blast them with air creating a tsunami. Sounds good?"

"Two things, one I can barely fly myself let alone while carrying a person and two I can just fly myself up and blast lightning at them since water and electricity don't go well together," I say.

"That seems like a better plan. Plus you would most likely knock them unconscious. *RIBBIT.*" Tsu says, going along with my plan.

"Sounds good to me," Deku says.

Tsu dives into the water and starts to drag the villains down with her tongue. I fly up waiting for Tsu to give the symbol. She shoots out of the water and I shoot a ball of lightning at the villains electrocuting them and knocking them unconscious. As soon as I set foot down on land I start running. I ask Tsu and Deku if they know where Todoroki and Ochako are.

"I know Ochako is over with Thirteen and a couple other students, but I don't know where Todoroki is," Deku says running after me.

"Ok, well then, we should go help Mr. Aizawa," I say, picking up the pace.

While I'm running I accidentally run into Todoroki.

"Todoroki! I am so sorry," I say, helping him up.

"It's fine. Are you going to help Mr. Aizawa?" Todoroki asks for brushing of dirt.

"Yeah, you going there too?" I respond.

"Yeah," He replies.

We start running again side by side until we reach Mr. Aizawa. We see him with a black monster on him, shoving his face into the ground. I ran over to Mr. Aizawa shooting the monster with lightning and help Mr. Aizawa up. Todoroki rushes in after me, freezing the monster with ice. We have Tsu and Deku bring Mr. Aizawa over to Thirteen and some students. Todoroki and I continue to fight the monster and hand man. While I'm flying trying to shoot lightning bolts at hand man, the monster pulls me out of the air and slams me down into the ground. I try to get back into the air, but my wings are broken. Instead I shoot more lightning at it. Todoroki looks at me, meeting my eyes and gives me the look. I shoot a ball of lightning at the same time Todoroki blasts ice. Hand man, frozen and electrocuted, is unable to move, but the monster is able to break free from the ice unaffected by my lightning. After a long time of fighting, Todoroki and I are close to going unconscious or dying. I muster the last of my power and create a huge storm. A tornado forms with thunder and lightning and it starts to downpour. The last thing I remember is Todoroki holding me while paramedics rush over.
