Harry rambles, A LOT. He can go on and on about one topic, pacing back and forth as he talks.
Most of his friends find it quite confusing, mainly because he forgets the person listening can't keep up with his thoughts.
Draco, on the other hand, actually enjoys Harry's babbling. The reason was less about the subject, and more because it made him feel safe. Hearing someone's voice, well, Harry's voice more specifically, made him happy.
