Harry is mostly deaf in his left ear, but he likes to make humor out of it to irritate Draco.
When ever they are having arguments Draco would slip up and say: "Are you hard of hearing?!" and Harry would just look him dead in the eyes and say "Mostly."
Or when Draco, being the dramatic person he is, starts ranting about something inane, he would just take out his hearing aid from one ear, and drown Draco out in the other.
They also both know sign language, so they use it to communicate throughout boring classes.
A/N: Before anyone says this, I know they could probably fix his hearing with magic, but they kinda stupid 🤩
