15. Kidnapping

She cut the call and turned but went numb to see someone standing behind her with a shocked expression and scared eyes.... Before she could say something, the person ran inside the thana shouting ... 'MADDAM SIR'...

She went numb for a second and came back to her senses the moment she heard the shout of 'MADDAM SIR'. She ran behind the person, caught him/her just in time at the door of the cabin. Luckily, HM hadn't heard the shouting. PS and SS were in the record room. KS dragged him/her out of the Thana, forced him/her to her bike and drove off. She took him/her to her secret place and closed the door. That person was shook and scared of KS. KS tried to calm him/her and told everything she knew about the case in details...

The person was none other than Cheeta Chaturvedi.

KS told him all the details including the truth about HM and explained her plan to him. He was still processing all the new information and looking at the investigation board with an expression of shock when he turned towards KS and found KS on her knees and Billu standing behind her. KS was looking miserable.

KS: (pleading him) Cheetey tum hmen MS se pehle k jantey ho. Tum jantey ho k hum kuchh illegal nahi kar sktey. Tum please... MS ko kuchh nahi btao ge aur na hmen roko ge.

Abhi hmen MS ki Jaan bachaney k liye unhen rokna zaruri he. Please hum tm se request kar rahe hen (pleading tone)..tmhen.... tmhen tmhari santu ki qasam he.

CC: (confused and shocked to see KS begging him like this) KM aap tou order kren na. Aap ese kahe hum ko sharminda kar rahi hain. Aap please ese request nahi karen. Hum MS ko kuchh hone hi nahi den ge. Aap chinta mat kijiye...

KS was relieved to hear this and showed him the message she had received in the morning.

KS: (being herself now) cheetey yeh Jo koi bhi hai na, ye MS pe nazar rakhe hue hai. Aur agar MS is case ko solve kren gi aur hum jail nahi jaen ge tou un ki Jaan ko khatra hai. Agar MS hum pe ese hi bharosa rakhen gi tou bhi un ki jaan ko khatra hai. Ab hmen kisi bhi trah MS ko investigation se hatana hai. (Turning to cheeta) is k liye MS ko iss trah kidnap krna he k Kisi ko kaanon kaan khabar na ho. Aur... Agar MS ko ye pata lga k hum esa kuch kar rahe hain to wo hmen bachaney k liye apni Jaan daav par laga den gi.... Wo khud ko maut k hawaley kar den gi...

CC: (still not understanding the plan) per KM... Ap jail chale jao ge tou us ka kiaaa???

KS: (smiled) ama jail hi jaen ge na... Zinda tou hon ge na... MS ki jaan bachana is waqt sabbb se important hai...

CC looked at KS with tears in his eyes...

CC: per KM....???
KS: (consoling him) ab tou tum peeche bhi nai hat sktey. Hum ne santu ki qasam jo de di tum ko...

CC: (hugged her tightly and cried) KM aap ko kese jail janey den hum..aap ko bhi Kisi trah bachna chaiye na... Kuchhh to sochiye...

KS: (hugged him back) hum apna soch liye hen... Hmen kuchh nahi ho ga. Hum wapis ayen ge. Dekhna tum... Ab rona band kro. Bohtt bure lag rahe ho..

She wiped his tears and forwarded her hand..

KS: (warning him) hum se waada karo ki kisi ko yeh sab nahi btao ge. Santu k pait me koi baat nahi rehti or pushpa ji overacting kar k sab ugal deti hen. Smjh gaye???
