On her flight, Meg sat with Paul.
"Are you doing alright, love?" said Paul.
"Yeah. I guess. Are you?" said Meg.
"Yeah. But let's not worry about me, Meggie. You're what matters most now that your mum is dead" said Paul.
"Paul, it's not even..." Meg began.
"Meg. I know what it's like to lose someone at this age. My mum died in her sleep when I was your age. In fact my brother and I had to stay with my auntie until relatives could calm my dad" said Paul.
"Like how Charles Wallace, Sam and Calvin are staying with the Wiggles for a while?" said Meg.
"Yeah. So you go right on ahead and grieve. I'm here for you" said Paul.
"Paul, I really don't want you worrying about me in your condition" said Meg.
"It doesn't matter to me if I'm ill. I care about you too much" said Paul.
Paul held Meg close and sang to her.
Looking down at my worn out shoes
Having trouble on my mind
I didn't know I had so much to lose
Now I know my mistake was leaving you behind
Only now if I could find a way
I'd take those steps back to your door, honey
I know it, I feel it
Whatever you're needing
Whatever you're wanting
Whatever you're feeling, I feel it
I don't mind
Whatever you're needing
However you show me
Whatever you're feeling
When you feel it
I don't mind
Meg: I feel our road is getting harder
Reaching out I try to find
Looking back over my shoulder
I feel your step, see your face, it's right by mine
Only now if I could find a way
I'd take those steps back to your door, honey
I know it, I feel it
Whatever you're needing
Whatever you're wanting
Whatever you're feeling, I feel it
I don't mind
Whatever you're needing
However you show me
Whatever you're feeling
When you feel it
I don't mind
Paul: It's the way you're looking at me as I'm walking out the door
Meg: It's that long look in your eye that keeps me coming back for more
Both: I know it, I feel it
Whatever you're needing
Whatever you're wanting
Whatever you're feeling
I don't mind
Whatever you're needing
However you show me
Whatever you're feeling
When you need it
I don't mind
Paul: Whatever you're feeling
When you need it
I don't mind
Paul and Meg hugged each other real tight.
They both felt better about themselves now.
