I fled far; I ran far. The suited monster came after me. I had a strange feeling of déjà vu. I decided to hide behind a tree. I waddled until I found a suitable one. Making sure no one saw me; I dove behind it. The monster turned his head and swished it side to side. I snuck away making sure I wasn't seen.

The monster grumbled and walked away. Suddenly, a brown tabby cat with blue eyes pounced on me. Franny told me that this furry animal used to eat our ancestors. I gasped and waddled as fast as I could. The cat herded me towards a blue den. I nipped the cat's nose and the cat hissed. Her blue eyes stared me down. I looked at her curiously and nipped her leg.

"Go away!" I chirped. The cat hissed at me and tried to rake his claws across my belly. I jumped up and scratched my feet on the cat's scruff and tried to pull her fur out. The cat bared her fangs and swatted me with her paw. I countered the sawt by pecking her paw. The cat then bit on my paddle. I pecked her eyes and the cat yowled.

Behind me, a spider web flew over my head. I swiftly moved backwards, and the spider web fell on the cat. The cat hissed and bit the web. I gently touched it, but it wasn't sticky. I called it Non-stick Spider Webs, or Non-stick web for short. A spotted peachwaddler waddled up and took this Y stick, then grabbed a pebble and shot it at me. I ducked down. It flew over my head and landed next to me.

The peachwaddler, whom I called "Catcher," started throwing rocks at me. I caught sign of a shiny thing on the cat's soft thing around her neck. I charged at the brown tabby, and she hissed at me. I grabbed the "neck ring" and pulled. The cat gasped for air, her claws scratching vigorously at my face. Finally, it broke off. My face hurt a little. On the neck ring, it said, "Starla" on the shiny circle.

The cat lunged at me. I jumped aside and waddled towards a tree. There was the rainbow dog again, and wanted to jump in. The she-cat lunged and cornered me against the tree. Catcher grabbed me by my paddle, but I escaped so then he shot a silver pebble at me, it hit me on the leg. A string wrapped around my leg, and I fell over. When I got up, the silver rock was on the ground, and I felt I walked weird, but I didn't care. The string would fall of any day now.

I waddled away from the tree and tried to find something to eat. After I tried getting some lunch, like breadcrumbs, they would scatter for my cousins, the pigeons. Nothing. I wondered what mom and dad were doing. Eating or napping maybe. I jumped into the rainbow dog and fell asleep.
