Kamari decided not to get her abortion. Not only that but it was too late. It's been about 3 weeks since Faith quit and last week Hope slowly stopped dancing for Kamari too and they barely talk. All Kamari really had left to talk to was her family and Quinton. At times she didn't even wanna to Quinton.

Kamari was sitting in the studio while Quinton worked on a new song. She was on her phone the whole time.

When Quinton was done and the producer left, Quinton walked up to her and sipped out of his water bottle.

Kamari looked up at him.

"What did you think of the song?", Quinton asked.

"I liked it. It was nice", Kamari said.

Quinton got down on one knee and held her hand.

"Can we please go back to how we were?", Quinton asked.

Kamari didn't say anything.

"Hello?", Quinton said.

"I don't know if it can, Q", Kamari said.

"If you stop trippin, it could", Quinton said.

"No, if you let me go. It would", Kamari said.

"That's not going to happen and you know that so just stop acting out", Quinton said.

Kamari let out a deep breath.

Quinton raised his eyebrows.

"You got something else you wanna say?", Quinton asked.

Kamari stopped looking like she was aggravated and looked normal.

"No", she replied.

Quinton stood up.

"Come on. Let's go", Quinton said.

Kamari stood up as Quinton watched her.

"You know it's been a minute since we did something right?", he asked.

"Oh really?", Kamari asked sarcastically. "I didn't notice"

Quinton slapped her butt.

"Ouch, Q", Kamari said.

"Stop being a smart ass", Quinton said.

Kamari continued walking and rolled her eyes.

Even though it did sting a little. It turned Kamari on when he did that.

"Now which apartment?", Quinton asked as he followed her.

"Yours", Kamari replied.

"Alright then. Say that", Quinton said as he pulled his phone out.

"You say I have a smart mouth but listen to you", Kamari mumbled.

Quinton was doing something on his phone so he didn't hear her.

"You getting your outfit ready for the my album release?", he asked.

"I already did", she replied.

Quinton opened the door for her and she walked out. He walked out behind her.

As Kamari was walking, Keith was walking up.

"Hey, Mari", Keith said.

"Hey", Kamari replied.

Keith looked at Quinton.

"What's up?", Keith said.

"Sup", Quinton replied.

Keith and Quinton walked past each other and Quinton caught up with Kamari.

"You still talking to him?", Quinton asked.

"No", Kamari replied. "Just a hey and bye when I see him"

"Mmm", Quinton replied.

Kamari shook her head.

"Let me ask you something", Quinton said.

Kamari waited for him to talk.

"You got that abortion for real?", he asked.

"...why do you ask?", she asked.

"Just answer the question. Answer it honestly", Quinton said.

Kamari didn't say anything.

Quinton shook his head.

"This is what we do? Lie? Especially about something like that?", he asked.

"...I wanted to but I couldn't", she said.

"You didn't need to anyway", Quinton said as he opened the door for him.

Kamari walked up to the car.

"I'm sorry again alright. I told you I wouldn't hurt you and I ended up hurting you anyway...in a different way...and I'm sorry. I love you Mari. I wanna do anything for your forgiveness", Quinton said.

Kamari looked down.

"I wanna do right by you and I wanna do right by the baby but in order for me to at least do right by you, I need you to let me", Quinton said.

"Q...you say this now but you won't listen to me. You won't let me go", Kamari said.

"Because you're mine", Quinton said.

"Look, I'm not an object. I'm a person. You do not own me", Kamari said.

"Yea because you didn't wanna marry me", Quinton said.

"And can't you see why?", Kamari asked.

"Mari this was before I put my hands you. This was when things were fine...great", Quinton said.

"And early, Q", Kamari said. "Too early. I need more than a year to know if I wanna be with someone for the rest of my life. That's a big step"

"Yet you were about to marry a nigga who ain't do nothing but dog you out", he said.

"Yes because I let love blind me. I'm not doing that again!", Kamari said.

Quinton didn't say anything.

"...do I still love you? Yes, yes I do. And I don't know why because you really showed me something I never thought you would do to me", Kamari said.

"Mari-"

"This is the last time Quinton. This is the last time", Kamari said.

"...okay", Quinton said softly.

Kamari got into the car and Quinton shut the door and got in the driver's seat.

"I'm only giving you another chance because I know you can be better...not because I like how you've been treating me lately. So don't get it twisted", she said.

"...yes ma'am", he replied before starting the car.

Quinton backed out of the parking space and drove off.
