Third Person's POV
Kai parked his car inside the school parking lot. Jennie thanked him as she went out first.
"You're welcome" He said as he went out as well.
Jennie turned to look at him, resting her hands on top of the car with a small smile.
"You don't have to do it everyday, Kai"
"It's okay, as long as your safe" Jennie grinned.
"Well, I don't really have a reason to decline" Kai smiled and Jennie chuckled back. They started to walk together to go inside but then someone had called for Jennie's name.
"Jennie-unnie!" It was Rosé, riding her bicycle towards them. She had a bright smile on her face and Jennie couldn't help but giggle at how Rosé was beaming with positive energy.
Rosé stopped in between them and gave Kai a short bow before she turned to grin at Jennie.
"Good morning"
"Good morning, Rosie posie. Aren't you going to park your bike?"
"I will, but I was thinking if I could borrow you" Rosé shyly smiled at Kai who chuckled and shook his head.
"We were just going to go our separate ways, actually. I'll go in first, see you later" Kai waved as he went inside the campus. Rosé stared at his broad back for a while before turning back to Jennie with a confused look displayed on her face.
"What's up?" Rosé asked as they went to park her bike.
"He offered me a ride today, he plans to pick me up and fetch me home from now on. He says it's because of that rumor about a gang"
"Oh, I heard about that. I didn't watch the video, though, I was too scared" As they went inside, heading to their classroom on the 3rd floor, Jennie's eyes were glued at the clueless Rosé.
She was hesitant to say something, they went inside their classroom and sat down their chairs. Rosé and Jennie were seated on the last column by the windows, Jennie being on the last row and Rosé in front of her.
Rosé hummed as she takes out a notebook and a pen from inside her bag, Jennie still stared intensely at her back. She reached out her hand to play with Rosé's blond hair, the younger girl didn't mind and went on with drawing random doodles of her and Hank on the back of her notebook.
"Rosé" Jennie called. The tall blonde girl turned to look behind her and was surprised at Jennie pulling her face close, squinting her eyes. She had that curious look, Rosé lets out a confused chuckle.
"What are you doing, unnie?"
"Oh" Jennie realized she was being too weird and sits back straight on her chair. She looks out the window for a second and back at Rosé, she then started to play with her hair and asked.
"So... my older sister is finally home. She's that kid on the pictures of my album with a title 'Kim Jisoo', do you remember?" When Jennie had said that, Rosé fell silent. She wanted to let out her reaction hearing that but knew she had to hold it in and pretend as if she was clueless about Jennie's mysterious sister.
But deep inside, Rosé was nervous and mentally panicking for some reason.
"Well, yeah. You showed me pictures of her but of course, that was when she was still a kid. I would love to meet her in person, especially that now she's grown up... I mean... I would still love to meet her way back when we were still kids. But then I would have been able to meet her if I wasn't scared of you back then but then I was and I missed my chances so-" Rosé was now obviously nervous. Jennie raised a brow in confusion and suspicion, the skinny girl could only gulp hard.
