But Miracle's ears were deaf that time. All she can see is the woman's picture. Hindi maalis ang tingin niya sa larawan ng dalaga.

She quickly took the glass of water on the table before taking a sip. Nang ibaba niya ang baso ay ngumiti siya nang matamis kay Saellyn na nakatitig sa kaniya. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. May bumara lang sa lalamunan ko," Miracle explained.

Tumango naman ang kaharap bago ipakita sa kaniya ang huling picture. "And that is Sage Cuerva, the eldest Knights' wife."

Her eyes focused on the screen, she's busy admiring the woman's beautiful face. "I love all of them. Including you. Pakiramdam ko masaya kayong kasama lahat," she uttered.

Nakangiting kumapit sa braso niya si Saellyn. "Of course! I also want to have a reunion for everyone. Pero 'saka na kapag ayos na talaga ang pakiramdam mo at kapag nanganak na si Autumn. She's pregnant with their second son and balita ko manganganak na siya within this month. So excited to see her baby!"

Muling bumaling ang atensyon ni Miracle sa ibang direksyon nang marinig ang pangalan na 'yon. Pilit lang siyang ngumiti kay Saellyn hanggang sa marinig nilang dalawa ang papalapit na yapak mula sa pintuan ng sala.

They both stood up when two handsome men entered the villa. Saellyn went straight to Dagger and Miracle smiled at Trigger sweetly.

"Hey, baby. You're friends with Saellyn, now?" malambing na tanong ng asawa sa kaniya nang makalapit ito.

She giggled as she encircled her arms around his waist. "Yes, she's lovely! I like her so much."

"That's good. I want you to be friends with my brothers' wives. They are all amazing. If we have some time, I'll introduce you to them one by one," dagdag pa ng lalaki.

Sabay naman silang napalingon sa harapan nila nang maglakad papalapit si Saellyn hila-hila ang asawa. "Hey, hon. This is Miracle, she's Trigger's wife. Alam ko namang kilala mo siya. Pero come on, introduce yourself baby."

Dagger let out a soft chuckle before offering his hand to Miracle. "Dagger Knights."

"Hi, nice to meet you. I am Miracle." She gladly accepted his hand.

Pero pagkabitaw na pagkabitaw pa lamang ni Miracle ay napansin niya na ang diretsyong pagtitig ni Dagger sa mga mata niya. She felt uncomfortable when she noticed how Dagger's emotions turned from surprised to doubt. Parang sinusuri nito ang buong pagkatao niya sa paraan pa lang ng pagtitig nito.

Miracle faked a cough to calm herself. Pero nahagip pa rin ng mga mata niya ang bahagyang pagngisi ng lalaki.

"It's good to see you again, Miracle. I'm sure you're here to have some fun?" It's not a statement. But a question.

She smiled awkwardly. "Yes. I want to be with Trigger for a couple of weeks."

The corner of Dagger's lips curved. "Oh."

Mabilis na hinatak ni Saellyn ang braso ng asawa at mapagpasensyang tumingin kay Miracle. "Pasensya ka na sa asawa ko, ha? Weirdo kasi 'to. He's a psychologist that's why he always talk to people like he knows your dirty little secret. Pabibo kasi 'to minsan," Saellyn said while rolling her eyes at her husband.

Bumalik ang saya sa mga mata ni Dagger. "Baby. I think my brother and his wife need some time alone. Let's go. You told me that you'll cook for me, right?"

Excited na tumango si Saellyn sa narinig. "Okay! Tara na. Miracle, maiwan na namin kayo!"

Trigger bid goodbye to his brother and to Saellyn. But Miracle just stood there, while analyzing what Saellyn said.

"Hey, baby. I'll go upstairs to change my clothes. You want to come with me or you prefer staying here?" Nabaling ang atensyon niya sa asawa nang tanungin siya nito.

She just smiled. "I'll stay here."

Trigger kissed her forehead before leaving her at the living room. Nang masigurong wala na ang asawa ay mabilis na hinugot ni Miracle ang cellphone sa bulsa at tinawagan ang isang numero. Wala pang ilang segundo ay sumagot na ang nasa kabilang linya.

"Miracle? Why did you call me? Is there any problem?"

She gritted her teeth in anger. "Are you sure that no one knows about our plans, Doctora Haley?"

"Yeah, why? May nangyari ba?"

Miracle looked at the door where Dagger and Saellyn left. "Trigger's older brother, Dagger, is a big threat to us. He's a fucking psychologist and it seems like he scanned my soul a while ago. Make sure to prepare the documents and files about my amnesia. He might search for it."

"Okay. I thought something happened to you. Kumusta ka na ba? Is everything going well?"

An evil smirk flashed on her face. "Of course. I told you to trust me, Doctora Haley. I didn't wait for five years for this plan to be ruined."

"I'm just making sure. For how long you're going to pretend?"

Mas lumapad pa ang pagkakangisi ng babae. "Hanggang hindi ko nakikitang bumagsak ang magaling kong asawa at ang mga magulang ko."
