Chapter 8

It was Sunday morning when the Omega woke up late. The weekend was for resting, especially Sunday. Taehyung fixed his bed and went to bath. He came back, applied lotion, and wore his casual clothes. He dried his hair using a towel, lazy to use a hair drier. Once he was satisfied with the dryness of his hair, he made his way downstairs.

Unfortunately that morning he was home alone. Being the lazy bum that he was, he decided to go buy food. He went to his car and drove to his Favourite fast food restaurant that he liked. It took him about 30 minutes but he didn't mind. He loved the place. Once he arrived he got out of his car and made his way to the restaurant. He was dressed like in the picture below.

He looked so good that some alphas couldn't help but look at him. His thighs were smooth (like butter) and that made some alphas and Omegas crazy but he didn't care. With his hands in his pockets, he went inside the restaurant to find it packed. He sighed loudly knowing that he will have to share a table.

"Good day Mr. Kim, it's been a while", a waitress said smiling at the Omega. "Good afternoon Rose, Work has been hectic but now I'm here". The waitress smiled at him. Taehyung placed his order and decided to eat there. He was hungry, but it made sense since it was already late yet he hasn't eaten anything.

"Currently all our tables are full. Do you mind sharing a table?", the waitress asked and the Omega shook his head. The waitress directed the Omega to the table where a man was sitting alone. Taehyung didn't think much but sat down thanking the waitress.

The moment he sat down, ready to greet the man who was busy on his phone he regretted it. There in front of him was Jungkook, who was drinking his beer with his eyes on his phone. He wanted to leave but decided against it, I mean if he dare stood up the male was going to see him.

He decided to clear his throat and immediately Jungkook raised his head to find the Omega looking at him. Jungkook raised his eyebrows confused. "Can I help you?", he said with confusion written all over his face. "I will be sharing the table with you. The place it's already packed and I believe you told the waitress that you don't mind sharing the table", the Omega said.

Jungkook looked at him and sighed, "Well I thought it was a nice Omega that is why I agreed, I didn't know it was you. But suit yourself", Jungkook said as he continued looking at his phone as he took a sip of his alcohol. This is how Jungkook was dressed, looking all comfy and cute which took Taehyung by surprise.

He never thought he will see Trueblood wearing baggy clothes looking all adorable but here he was. Even though he looked cute, his body and face structure screamed dominant. It was crystal clear that he was not an Omega or beta due to his body structure and face.

Not even seconds later both Jungkook and Taehyung's orders arrived. Jungkook ordered jjamppong (i.e. Korean noodle soup with a red, spicy seafood-based broth flavored with chili powder) with beef while the Omega ordered jajangmyeon with pork. The Omega and Alpha were planning on grilling the meat as the waitress set the grilling stand. Once she was done, she left the two. She also gave them their lettuce that is mostly used to wrap the meat while eating.

Seeing that they were sharing a grilled, Jungkook placed half of his meat on one side and allowed Taehyung to put his meat too. The pork smelled nice for him and he couldn't help but want to taste it. Taehyung on the other hand was also craving the beef. The two didn't talk as they continued eating their food while made sure to check their meat.

Taehyung decided to speak since the silence was too suffocating for him. "How about we split the meat. I'm craving both beef and pork meat". "Okay cool", Jungkook said surprising the Omega. "I was expecting something along the line 'no". Jungkook just ignored him as he started to turn the beef and pork on the griller. It didn't take long until he started putting a piece of meat on the Omegas plate.

Taehyung's eyes sparkle from seeing the meat. He immediately wrapped lettuce around it and ate it. Moaning in satisfaction, making Jungkook shake his head at how silly the Omega was. "Why are you here alone anyway?", the alpha decided to break the silence. "I always come here alone, plus I didn't want to disturb my friends in case they had a wild night yesterday", he said with a big smile.

"What about you Jeon? Why are you here all alone?". "Well I also come here quite often. It's my resting place plus I get to meet new people". Taehyung nodded knowing very well that this place was super busy. "I'm surprised we have never seen each other before". "Yes, what time do you normally come here?", the alpha asked. "I normally come around 10, today I'm late".

"No wonder we never met, I come around 2 pm, today I'm a little bit early", the Omega nodded his head. "I'm sorry that today you won't be able to get a hook up". Jungkook just shook his head, "Don't worry about that". They continued to talk about stuff and funny enough they enjoyed each other's company. It was really weird for both of them considering how alike they were. They liked similar types of music, movies, documentaries, food, and many more.

"So you're telling me that you like The Hobbit?, For an Omega that's a WOW. I know most Omegas like this lovey-dovey kind of movie". Jungkook was not lying, Omegas loved all these lovey-dovey kinds of movies and series. "I guess I'm different Jeon. I like action movies, thrillers, supernatural and many more. Romantic ones I watch once in a while but I'm not a fan since they too fairly tale kinda".

Taehyung was not lying, romantic movies always made everything so perfect. "I see Kim, I have to say I'm impressed", Jungkook said making Taehyung roll his eyes. "Plus romantic movies and series are kind of predictable. I like series like Mouse where nothing is predictable", Jungkook was indeed impressed.

He enjoyed spending time with the Omega. "What romantic movie did you not like?", Jungkook asked. "Mmm, friends with benefit, I didn't like the end. I mean just because we sleep together doesn't mean we will fall for each other. I think they just exaggerated the whole thing. In reality that won't happen, I don't believe it".

Jungkook couldn't help but laugh. "Mmm, I agree with you. I don't know how many hooks up I had yet here I am still single. Not even attached to one of them", the alpha answered agreeing with the Omega. The two continued to talk about hookups and friends with benefits until they exhausted all the reasons that made them dislike the movies.

The two finished their meals, paid, and said their goodbyes.
