Y/N was weakly walking and was being assisted by Lilith. Y/N holds the wound on his stomach where a lot of blood came out.
Y/N had lost a lot of blood already and he started feeling like he was on the verge of death.
Lilith brought Y/N and put him down next to Levi.
"Captain... this... is the result of dedicating their hearts... right?" Y/N said
"Yeah. It is." Levi smiled
"I'm still a Scout am I?" Lilith asked
"Yeah." Levi said
"Come sit here." Y/N said patting beside him
"Y/N, you should go get medical attention now." Levi said
"No... I won't be able to reach that far anymore." Y/N said
"But we should try, right?" Lilith asked
"No... We can't... I'm already feeling sleepy." Y/N laughed
Steam appeared infront of them and they saw their dead comrades smiling at them. They all saluted at the three and the three saluted back

The steam disappeared and so did their figures. Y/N's hand fell from his chest and it hits Lilith's leg.
"Y/N...!" Lilith shouted
Y/N's head fell down and his vision started becoming dark.
"So... this is it...?" Y/N said in his thoughts
In Y/N's thoughts...
Y/N was walking in a bright place.
"Hello, Y/N." Hange appeared infront of him
"Hange-san... I...did well, right?" Y/N asked
"Yes. Yes, you certainly did." Hange smiled at Y/N while patting his head
"Hey." Y/N looked to the side and saw Noelle, Erwin, and Mike.
"Captain Noelle... Commander Erwin... Captain Mike..." Y/N said
"Petra... where is she?" Y/N asked
"Guess who." Someone covered Y/N's eyes
Y/N removed the hands and saw Petra behind him with the old Levi Squad
"Long time no see, Y/N." Petra smiled
"Petra..." Y/N smiled
Y/N suddenly hugged Petra and started crying.
"Sorry, Petra... I couldn't protect you..." Y/N apologized
"I couldn't protect you all..." Y/N said
"What idiot? Think like you're some hero in a story with a tragic ending?" Oluo smirked
"You shouldn't be apologizing about that, Y/N. You should be apologizing that you're going to choose to die." Gunther said
