Order Meeting

Hermione's POV

It was summer break which I think Harry and Ron can agree we really need a break. The Triwizard tournament was last year and it was a lot to take in. A death eater put Harry's name in The Goblet of Fire then he got chosen to play in the Tournament and then everything went downhill from there but when Cedric's dead body showed up along with Harry covered in blood and scratches everything seemed to freeze. No one spoke the only noise that could be heard was the sobbing of Cedric's father and when Harry told everyone Voldemort was back no one believed him but I and Ron did of course. So naturally, I'm going to try and make this year better. It was two weeks until school started again and Harry, Ron, Fred, George, Ginny, and I were eavesdropping on the Order meeting which surprisingly Harry and Ron didn't want to do since they were always the ones getting in trouble and what we heard sounded something like this,

''We can't keep this a secret forever Dumbledore!'' said a surprisingly angry Sirius Black

''I disagree if we tell her of her true heritage then what if she turns on us, she already has a nice set of adoptive parents.'' Said a calm but slightly annoyed Molly Weasley

''Thank you for that Molly but if we can stay on the topic of her parents for one second, we need to exterminate her adopted parents, and before you all start yelling, they are becoming more and more of a weakness so yes we must kill them,'' Dumbledore said there was an outbreak of outraged yells and disagreement, but one voice stood out.

''No! If you don't want her to turn on us, she most certainly will if you do that! If someone tells her of her true heritage or if she finds it out on her own, she won't turn because she is good.'' Said Tonk's

'' I am sorry, but we can't take that risk, lets but it up to a vote all in favor of getting rid of her adoptive parents raise your hand,'' Dumbledore said. Molly, Arthur, Professor McGonagall, Mad eye Moody, Kingsley, and Dumbledore's hands went up. That only left Tonks, Sirius, and Remus voting against.

''it is decided they shall be dead before the school year begins. Meeting dismissed'' Said Dumbledore and that was that. We all quickly ran upstairs to Fred and George's room so they wouldn't see us.

''Blimey I wonder what that was about'' Fred and George said in sync. It was creepy at first, but you get used to it.

''I don't know and to be honest, I don't think I want to know what that was about, but do you think we should find this girl and warn her about the potential murder of her parents?'' I said

'' No way are we doing that I for one do not want to get on the bad side of Dumbledore and everyone else in the order,'' Ron said.

'' I think Ron has a point in this one Mione.'' Said, Harry

'' How could you say that Ron and Harry I thought you out of everyone would want to help this girl. I mean you know what it's like to grow up without parents.'' I said

'' That's completely different what if these parents are death eaters, then that would be good wouldn't it?'' Harry said

'' Really mum said something about adoptive parents why would death eaters want to adopt a child,'' Ginny said

'' Why should we know but we all know the order wouldn't just go and kill some random girls' parents!'' Ron said

'' For the record Ron, we agree with Mione no one should grow up without parents adoptive or not.'' Said Fred and George.

''Please Mione just this once listen to us you know the order wouldn't do anything bad right,'' Harry said

''' Fine I guess you're right, but I just hope this girl is going to be ok,'' I said when I got up to leave, I caught harry and Ron shearing a worried look. I wonder what that's about I thought. Once I got to the room me and Ginny shared, I immediately crawled onto the bed not bothering to change the clothes I was in.
