Bucky runs over the top of a speeding car, outpacing it. Black Panther is a few cars behind, keeping pace with Bucky, leaping on the back of the 4x4 that Steve's driving. Steve swerves from side to side, trying to throw him off.
"I can't shake this guy."
"Right behind you Cap."
Several police cars join in the chase, along with (y/n) who appears on a motorcycle besides the car. Steve jumps on, leaving the 4x4 to ram into a barrier stand wall with the Black Panther just as she accelerates, overtaking the few cars in front of them, catching up to Bucky, who leaps over a barrier. "Hold on!"
(y/n) swerves dangerously between the space of the barriers, kicking it out of place as they move between the vehicles again, continuing their chase for Bucky. As they get closer, they see Bucky stop in the middle of the road, grabbing at the handlebar of another speeding motorcycle, spinning the bike around in mid air, throwing the rider off.

Eyes wide, (y/n) pulls on the breaks, sliding their own motorcycle to the side and balancing their weight with support from Steve's foot and hers, watching as Bucky rides away, speeding past them, sending cars swevering out of the way.
"Damn it James." she growls, before speeding after him.
They both keep on Bucky's tail, the Black Panther holding onto the back of another one of the upcoming cars as they all rocket through another underpass. Sam flies into the underpass and the Black Panther takes this as an opportunity to leap off the front of the car onto Bucky's motorbike, but Bucky flings him over his head and the bike leans down on its side. Bucky kicks his assailant away, straightens up and rides on, (y/n) and Steve speeding after him as the Black Panther gets up, catching a ride on the Falcon's leg.
Sam tries to kick Black Panther away, but Bucky throws a sticky bomb, blowing up the roof at the end of the underpass, bringing down tons of rubble. Black Panther leaps off from Falcon and throws Bucky off the motorbike. (y/n) swerves the motorbike through the rubble, but she looses control and jumps off to the side, watching as it collided with the rubble causing an explosion, Steve jumping off and pulling Black Panther away from Bucky. Steve stands up quickly, face-to-face with the Black Panther. Armed police arrive and surround them, guns aimed. War Machine leaps down from above and raises both hands, his repulsors lightening up.
"Stand down, now." Rhodey says sternly. Bucky stands beside Steve who puts his shield on his back, an arm held up in front of Bucky. Another group of cops has their guns pointed at (y/n) as she joins the group, hands raised up with a scowl on her face. Rhodey sighs in defeat at the sight of the (h/c) haired woman, shaking his head at his friends. "Congratulations guys. You're criminals."
Police move in and force Bucky to his knees. A cop moves Steve's arms behind his back as they cuff him just like Sam, and (y/n) is slapped with a personalized black neck collar, disabling the use of her powers with high voltage trigger shocks. Black Panther raises his hands, retracting his claws and pulling off his mask revealing his face. It's T'Challa. Steve, Rhodey, and (y/n)'s face remains emotionless, a quirk in her eyebrows showing of her concern and condolences to the man, who only looks at her.
