Strengths:( She's a very passionate kind of person and once she sets her sight on something she won't stop practicing until she perfects it, she aims to please people close to her even if they couldn't even really care less about the fact that she cares about them. Mina is very stuck in her ways and won't back down without a fight, very dominant and alpha like you might say, but is very secretive about her.. preferences. The girl takes pride in what she does and doesn't give up easily, even going as far as to skate on a broken foot during a championship when she wasn't supposed to. )
Weaknesses: ( Hina can't handle people yelling and instead of getting emotional she will lash out, loud noises or too much noise makes her uncomfortable and irritated so she uses music to block that out most of the time. During races she will put in headphones since racing gets noisy especially when even if it's not legal they don't seem to care if the cops come for noise. She won't show weakness to anyone, and will try to hold in her tears if she at any point ends up crying, but at the same time she wants to rely on someone. )
Personality: ( She's a very sweet person once you get to know her, but also very stubborn and nonchalant about things. She doesn't mind the 'delinquent' appearance she has or style, and doesn't give two flying fûcks about her future and school since at the current moment her life is engulfed with skating, in the skating world she is known as a ACE and tries to keep a low profile in a sense so always has something to cover her face like a skiing mask with a ace mark on it and a beanie with the same design. Mina will not hesitate to run from the cops and leave someone behind, nor does she feel the need to respect someone that hasn't earned it or lost her trust, family included. If someone shares the same passion as her she gets overwhelmed with joy but doesn't know how to fully express it. She also has a very short temper to go along with her need to be independent, so if she gets in to a fight mind you she will finish that fight, preferably without help. )

Where the rp takes place: ( Japan )
Backstory: ( She grew up as an only child, her dad walked out on her and her mother in Canada, so her mom divorced him and went to move back to Japan without a care for her daughter. She dumped her to her grandma who lived on the boarder of America and Canada so she spent a lot of time traveling in America when she had the chance, she learned how to skate and snowboard from her grandpa who was also divorced but was good friends with her grandma. They died in a plane accident when she was 16, but her father refused to take her in and already had another family of his own, but since a child has to live near both parents he and Hina moved to Japan. She goes back and forth between her dads and moms house, but her mom and dad are both neglectful... her dad has recently reached out to her once she became 17 but she avoids all communications with them unless it's absolutely necessary. When she was younger she wanted her mom to love her and be proud of her so she did everything to get noticed, she became fluent in a Japanese, won contests for things her mom loved, took art classes but it wasn't enough. So she gave up and found she loved to snow board and skate! )
•Scenarios•
Scenario 1: Recently there was a skating competition aired for the teenage age group, where you saw the winner for the competition who didn't seem all that happy to be there on t.v, but you didn't pay any mind to it and went about your day like you normally would. The time for night came where you couldn't even really see the stars from the lights in the city, but it was beautiful nonetheless, but the only thing that made it unpleasant was the fact there were obnoxious high schoolers who were having fun doing tricks all over benches and railings on their boards. One girl in particular stood out with her green hair, for the very fact that she was the girl on t.v earlier, after a couple of tricks that seemed very difficult she landed on her board once again and glared at the group of kids who seemed pîssed off. It seemed like it was a competition, they must've challenged her after being jealous to see her on t.v... you almost left until you saw something you couldn't stand by and watch happen.
The group of kids teamed up against her, two kids grabbed her arms while another grabbed her board, the one started to beat and kick the woman in the stomach and legs, but clearly steering clear of her face. You ran forward with your cellphone out saying you were calling the police, the group seemed terrified of getting called on so they dropped her and her board on the ground before running off, the woman stood up slowly while wiping her lips with a light glare. She spit on the ground before wiping her lips with the back of her hand, slowly turning to look at you in obvious confusion. "Why'd you do that?"
