Scenario: Celebrating s/o's birthday|This chapter is kinda longer due to having headcannons and dialogue so hang in there lol

Makoto Naegi✨:

Headcannons~

-So wholesome

-He would probably do something basic/traditional

-Invites family and friends over to celebrate

-Tries his best on gifts, cakes, decor, etc.

Dialogue~

Setting: You coming home from the store (Morning-Time: 9:00-10:00?)

"Makoto I'm hom-! What's this?"

"Happy birthday y/n! I made you a cake for your birthday, I know it might not look the best, but I really tried."

"Oh Makoto, all that matters is that you tried your best. Also, I love it."

The cake was sort of bad, but you weren't going to tell him that. It was kinda cute tbh.

"I also got you some stuff! Is it okay if my family comes over later for a bit? We can invite some friends too if you want."

"You didn't have to get me anything, I really don't need it."

"Well of course I got you something! What kind of boyfriend would I be!"

"Oh Makoto...also it's completely fine if they come over later. I also might invite Kyoko and Sayaka."

"Okay! That'll be fun!"

You both just kinda stare at the wonky cake for a minute, before you start giggling-

"W-what!? Do you not like it?

"Hehe.. I do adore it Makoto, Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!"

His face turns a bright strawberry color as you planted a kiss on his cheek.

-Kinda just wants to be alone with you

-He'll rent a private area for a fancy dinner like realll fancy

-If anyone tries to interfere with you guys, he will get mad/protective(?)

-Overall, the idea was pretty cliché but, it was pretty romantic

Dialogue~

Setting: In a limo, going to a restaurant (you do not know this yet)

"Byakuya, where are we going?"

"I am taking you to dinner for your birthday."

"Don't we always go to dinner?"

"No, we don't. This time is also special, let's say I was able to pull some strings."

"Byakuya, I don't need a big fancy din-"

"That's enough bickering, I am going to treat you to something special."

You rolled your eyes in a sarcastic way as you reached over to hold his hand.
