Noa moaned and slowly opened her eyes as she looked around, they were still floating around the ocean

She slowly stood up and walked over to the others who were also waking up

"Is everyone alright?" Noa asked as walked up to them

"Yeah... don't worry about us, kid" Diego groaned as he shook his fur as Sid also came

"We're still heading away from home" Manny sighed sadly as he and the others looked at the dark clouds on the horizon

"Yeah, but we survived, and we still have each other. Things could be worse, right?" Sid asked as he tried to cheer everyone up

"For once, he's actually right. We made it through storms and tidal waves and a vicious assortment of seafood. What more can they hit us with?" Diego asked after he pulled a fish out of his ear, when suddenly he got wacked on the head from the tree trunk next to him

"Ow!" Diego exclaimed as he looked at the tree trunk when he heard someone mumbling

"Trying to make me get up, when I don't want to get up. If I want to get up, I'd get up" the voice mumbled as Diego peeked into the hole

"Hello?" Diego asked when suddenly something poked him in the eye

"What the...?" Diego groaned as he rubbed his eye as Granny poked herself out of the tree

"Dagnabbit, I'm trying to sleep!" Granny snapped as Sid walked over

"Granny? You're alive!" Sid cheered

"And can we say how thrilled we are to see you" Diego said sarcastically as Manny and Noa looked at Granny with shocking expressions on their faces

"Hey, fats, you want to get me out of here?" Granny asked as Manny circled his trunk around her and pulled

"Hey, come on! Pretend I'm a dessert; that should motivate you" Granny grumbled as Manny pulled harder this time and Granny popped out as she landed on her grandson

"I can't believe this. You slept through that storm?" Manny asked as Granny stood up and walked towards the edge of the iceberg

"Eh, I slept through the comet that killed the unicorns" Granny replied when she fell into the water as everyone gasped in alarm

"Thanks for drawing my bath, Sidney" Granny thanked as she floated in the water

"Granny, grab my paw!" Sid called out as he reached for the elderly sloth in vain

"No way. This is my first bath in decades" Granny said while she relaxed into the waves as a dark ring of filth appeared around her and dead fishes appeared above the surface along with a dead shark

"There's your proof" Diego mumbled disgusted

"Quick, somebody do something!" Sid exclaimed in panic as Manny grabbed him by the neck and threw him into the water

"I got you, Granny" Sid assured Granny as he held her

"Get off of me!" Granny hissed as she kept hitting Sid with her cane, he yelped as he continued to swim to the ice as he lifted her up onto the eyes, when Granny looked at Manny, Diego and Noa while she covered herself

"What are you peeping toms all looking at?" Granny asked as Manny, Diego and Noa turned around

"Lady can't take a bath in peace? Eyeballing me like a rump roast" Granny grumbled as she walked off

"What's the life expectancy for a female sloth?" Diego asked

"She'll outlive us all. You know that, right? Yeah, the spiteful ones live the longest" Manny said as everyone walked to the other side of the berg while Noa looked at the horizon and sighed sadly

Diego looked back and noticed that Noa just sat on the edge, he walked up to her and sat next to her

"You ok, Noa?" Diego asked as he looked at her

"It's just...I'm so worried about my family, that wall just keeps moving and it'll crush them in no time" Noa replied sadly as Diego puts his paw on her shoulder

"Hey, we will get back home and they will be alright" Diego said softly as Noa smiled weakly at him when Sid came over

"You know, Manny may not like you that much, but I'm sure he will learn to get used to you" Sid smiled as he looked at Noa, at that moment, Manny walked up to the group and looked at Noa

"Uhm, Noa?" Manny started

"Yeah?" Noa replied as Diego and Sid looked at him in confusion

"I just came to... apologize for my behavior towards you, you know, if we're all together on this boat for long, we have to get along with each other well. Can you forgive me?" Manny asked as he felt bad when he said that Noa didn't put effort into paddling while he held out his trunk

"It's ok, I forgive you, we'll work this out together, right?" Noa asked as she shook his trunk

"Absolutely" Manny replied as he shook her hand with his trunk

"Sweetie, can you chew this cucumber for Granny?" Granny asked Noa as she held a lobster who looked very aggressive

"G-Granny, that's not a cucumber, that's a-" Noa started as Sid yelled in pain after the lobster pinched his nose really hard with his claws, Noa grabbed the lobster and pulled it off Sid's nose and threw it into the water

"...lobster" Noa added as Diego rolled his eyes

"Oh, I see, thanks for telling me, darling" Granny thanked Noa

Hours went by, and the herd was still floating at sea as Manny lost it

"How big is this ocean?!" Manny screamed frustrated as the others panted since they were dehydrated by laying too long into the sun

"Water, water, everywhere. Nor any drop to drink. Well, except maybe that drop" Sid chimed after he slid on his back to the edge as he dunked his head into the water and drank a mouthful of water and came back up

"Mmm, that's a little... salty" Sid said as his face shriveled up

"Precious! Mommy's calling you! Precious! Come here, sweetie" Granny called out as she walked over to Diego

"Hey, lady, have you seen Precious?" Granny asked as she pulled his head towards her with her cane as Diego pulled away

"If you mean the imaginary, or perhaps deceased, pet that you keep searching for, no, I haven't" Diego replied irritated as Granny walked off when the herd heard a bird squawking coming from above them as they look they saw a blue-footed booby flying

"Guys, look! Where there's birds, there's land, right?" Manny asked

"Hey, buddy, come here!" Diego called but the bird flew back into the fog

"No, wait, wait! Come back! Come back!" Manny yelled desperately as Noa frowned

"Hmm, I don't trust this?" Noa said as she narrowed her eyes

"Why not?" Sid asked

"Those birds usually like to stay close to the rocks or their families, they rarely fly over the open ocean, we can't be this close to land" Noa replied as she then looked back at the fog

"Something's not right" Noa added
