"You have no proof it's mine!" Kirumi argues.
"Shuichi, Kirumi didn't do this. She couldn't." Kokichi says more to himself than me.
"I know, that's what you want to believe, love, but in truth, we're in a fucking killing game! Everyone here is screwed." I reply. Everyone seems to notice a truth to what I said.
"Right here, I grabbed one of your gloves while you weren't looking... the fabric matches." I explain as I hold up the cloth next to Kirumi's glove.
"Damn it..." Kirumi mutters. Kokichi's eyes widen as he looks at Kirumi again.
"No..." Kokichi breathes. He's becoming more and more like my Kichi with every passing moment. I'm not exactly sure how though, but I can't wait to finally have him back!
"Okay, fine... I did it." Kirumi admits. Kokichi's heart shatters and he starts laughing.
"Wow, okay! Good one, Kirumi! Now tell me, who really did it." Kokichi says through laughs.
"Kichi, she's telling the truth." I step in. Kokichi continues laughing. I can't believe he has to go through this! I love Kokichi so fucking much, why does it have to be this way?
"No she's not! She's covering for one of you fuckers! Is it blackmail?! If it's blackmail, then you're a fucking coward! Just come forward, and fucking spill!" Kokichi argues on Kirumi's behalf.
"Kokichi-." I start.
"No! Hush! One of you little shits are just trying to take advantage of Kirumi and her good heart! You fuckwits are all stupid! She did nothing but help you people!" Kokichi shouts. Everyone watches as Kokichi spirals. This is exactly what my Kichi would've done. If it was someone he loved and cared about, his persona went off the rails. He would go batshit insane on whoever was trying to hurt them.
"Kokichi, nobody is blackmailing me." Kirumi says calmly. The despair in this room is so overwhelming! I only wish that it wasn't mainly Kokichi's despair. I hate hurting him, even I know when to put him over my despair addiction.
"No... you're lying! You were forced to cover for someone! Was is Tsumugi?! She has all sorts of fabric!" Kokichi exclaims, frustrated. I sigh and decide to walk over to his podium.
"Kokichi, look at me." I say tilting Kokichi's face towards me. He looks at me, scared and angry. "You know when people are lying, so look at Kirumi and tell me if she's lying."
Kokichi stares at Kirumi for a long time before turning back towards me. "No! You're all liars! This isn't- no!" Kokichi shouts, starting to punch me. I let him punch me, and get all of his anger out.
"I know, I know..." I whisper grabbing Kokichi. I pull him into my chest, and hold him there while he starts calming down. Everyone watches with pity, even Maki looks a little disturbed. Kokichi stops hitting me, and instead clings onto me, holding back tears.
"I'm sorry! I had to do what I had to do! I couldn't let everyone's health deteriorate!" Kirumi exclaims.
"Atua says he forgives you! You only wanted to save everyone for the price of one!" Angie exclaims. Himiko nods in agreeance.
"I can't be here, I need to at least try to get out of here." Kirumi mutters to herself. Monokuma pulls up his bright and shiny button.
"Alright, enough! It's punishment time!" Monokuma exclaims.
"No!" Kokichi screams about to run towards Kirumi, but the choker grabs Kirumi before he can even get out of my grasp.
As Kirumi runs through the protesters and to the vine, Kokichi stares, a blank stare. I hold him from behind, watching the despair unravel. Kokichi slightly shivers in my arms. Kirumi reaches for the top, but the vine breaks. Kirumi plummets to her death after being cut by razors and blades. She fought and died... such despair!
