Chapter 53 - Acceptance

February 2nd Monday

Quinn Pov -
I'm skipping my first period with Jaida , we went to the library to have some girl talk . I never really talked to Jaida but she's such the sweetest soul I've met . It's like meeting another Brittany and Alexis. She's so open about herself and opinions . It's like Brittany and Alexis made her and Sugar would be her sister since she's Brittany and Santana daughter honestly.

"Hey Quinn.." I heard . I looked up to see Jaida looking at me . "Yes ?" I said . She started to tap her pencil on the desk , I'm guessing she's nervous . I grabbed her hand . "Whatever it is , you don't have to be nervous around me." I told her . She nodded . "Okay um , how did you know you liked girls ?" She asked . I smiled . " Um 8th grade , I had a girlfriend , my first girlfriend who I thought loved me the way I loved her.. but she didn't. She ended up telling the whole school I was gay and that she didn't want me , Rachel and Santana beat her up for me . Then that's when I started to see boys but I still liked girls , you know ? So then I ended up also liking , my one and only bestfriend Rachel.. at first she didn't always like me back since she was always hooking up with other girls . Long story short , I'm romantically interested in both boys and girls ." I tell her and she nodded . "Why'd you ask ?" I asked her . She looked around and smiled softly . " I might be in love with my bestfriend ." My eyes widen . "Let me guess ... Amber ?" I asked and she nodded . " I figured . I see the way you look at her , you look at her the way I look at Rachel or the way Brittany looks at Santana. I also figured it out when you were willing to go into the closet with her and you guys came out with the hickies . And she told us not to say anything about it to Brynn ." I whispered the last part . She nodded . " Shes just so beautiful and nice to me . When we first started going here , freshman year , she was the first girl to ever speak to me beside Brittany and Rachel . At first , I ignore the feeling by going out with a random boy whose name I don't even remember.. but It was like it wasn't her.. I just wasn't comfortable with him . We been connected by the hip since then. Then Brynn comes along . Don't get me wrong , Brynn is pretty too but she's like a player and I honestly feel like she would be great with Shy . Those two would be great together . " She says I nodded laughing a little . "But I can't just go out with her . My dad wouldn't approve of it . My mom , she doesn't really care , She came from two moms . I'm just afraid of the rumors and looks . I'm not as confident as you and Rachel or Brittany and Santana or Kurt and Blaine or even Micah and Shy ." She says looking at her hand . I took her hand in mine . "Listen to me Jaida , as your fellow glee clubber and officially your big sister , I will help you win your girl and I will also help you get Brynn off your back." I told her . She smiled but then she dropped it . " But how ?" She asked but I just smirked . "Leave it to me and the gang" I tell her and she smiled and nodded . I took my phone out and quickly texted one of the groupchats we haven't text in

Nobody else texted back so I just put my phone back in my pocket and went back to drawing on my paper .

Lucy Quinn Fabray better have a good reason to why we're having a brief meeting or Rachel will have to help her girlfriend from getting beat up by me . I'm just joking , short shit is kinda scary. I seen what she's done to both Puck and Finn & I don't want that .

" I call you guys in here because this week lesson is for Jaida . She came out to me today in the library and also told me she's in love with Amber but she's scared to come out to everyone because she doing want the rumors or the looks , so would you guys sing a song for her and help her tell Amber her true feelings ?" Quinn asked . We all looked around & agreed . "Yeah sure , after all , she sorta like Brittany and Alexis in a way ." Puck says smiling . I agreed with him . "Dude exactly , she's their daughter if they were to ever get together and have one . "I said laughing . Alexis just shook her head. "Okay , since that settle , let's go ." Rachel says and we all walked to the lunch room .
