Midoriya POV

I looked towards the bushes where the rustling had come from and I froze, I stopped breathing for a second due to fear. I closed my eyes and prepared for the worst but then I heard a familiar voice say "what are you doing?" I looked back towards the bush to see Todoroki! I sighed in relief and stood and went straight towards Todoroki "You scared the crap outta me you know that? Why were you creepily crouching in the bushes?!" I asked "well I was on the way to your house when I suddenly saw that you were running into the forest I decided to follow you. I didn't realize how sneaky and suspicious I was being and when you saw me in the bush you caught me before I could surprise you by walking out of it" I looked at him for a second then nodded knowing Todoroki couldnt understand how stalky he sounded. "oh okay, do you know the way back?" I asked my heart rate going down in relief knowing its just Todoroki. he nodded then said "only in daylight though, i cant navigate through here in the middle of the night." (A/N He  Todoroki sighed looking around "thats okay, we need to sleep out here then" I responded motioning Todoroki to come sit down next to me. "question, why were you running out of your house anyways?" Todoroki asked in his usual monotone voice. I didnt want to tell him my mom didnt trust him so I just said "my mom and I had an argument is all.." he looked at me with a sympathetic gaze "Im sorry about that but Im sure you two can resolve things" he said plainly. I nodded then changed the subject, "we should get some rest" I said quickly. Todoroki agreed so we laid down and tried to get some sleep

time skip to the middle of the night (oOoOOo sPoOopYyY)

I awoke in the middle of the night, Todoroki was still sound asleep next to me, wait he was right next to me? ACK! I felt myself go a bit red as I jumped away slightly. After moving away and not being so embarrassed anymore, I realized all of the terrifying night time noises happening around me, owls hooting, rustlings in the distance, the pitter patter of animal feet. I couldnt get back to sleep after that and I just sort of sat there staying alert, when the sun began to rose I was a bit tired but I had to pretend not to be. I layed down next to Todoroki as if I had been sleeping the whole time and waited for him to wake up or if it took too long, for me to wake him up. Finally after 20 minutes or so he woke up and I pretended to be sleeping, I heard him yawn and shuffle about a bit before he "woke me up" I pretended to just wake up "good morning Todoroki!" I said happy that it was finally day time and I could talk to Todoroki not in the middle of the night "morning Midoriya" Todoroki said standing up and stretching, I did the same then we found our way back. Todoroki unfortunately had to go because he has royal duties and all.

sorry for short chapterr  im slowly loosing the motivation to write this specific story but I know once it get good (hopefully it gets good) Ill like it more
