You're joking.

I step through the school doors and witness Mason, Dylan and Ethan standing with the principal. They cannot be seriously moving here. They're the only ones who don't know about my reserved place at the bottom of the food chain.

As soon as they realise my reputation, they'll turn into everyone else and want nothing to do with me. I don't want my life to keep going on like this and for that reason, I don't want them to see me.

I take the long way to my locker and cautiously make my way to class.

"Hey Mads wait up."

"Oh yeah Kyle. Did you know that the three guys were coming to school here?"

"Aha, who wouldn't know, everyone's been talking about it." There he goes again explaining how out of the social circle I am.

"Ah well obviously me!"

He just laughs at that and walks away. Great to know I'm the laughing stock of the school.

There it is, the signature noise of stilettos on the hard floor. It's the two Queen B's of the school. B obviously meaning bitches. They gain total control of the entire student body with the click of a heel. The hallways clear as they enter the building, girls watch in envy and the boys fall straight to their feet. Every step always in sync as they lift their sunglasses assessing the crowd for the new daily victims.

As much as I hate to admit it, they are literally picture perfect. Kelly is just gorgeous with her straight brown hair and deep brown eyes, her tanned skin and impeccable curvy figure that has all the guys staring. She's confident, out there and definitely loves to party. I mean I understand why she has a queue of jocks waiting in line for her, as she is more than willing to show them a good time. And secondly there's Freya, with her model like figure. Tall with long legs she towers over most girls, intimidating them and proving her social status. She has shiny blonde hair with piercing blue eyes, she has an extremely high self esteem and is absolutely ruthless. She's manipulative and cunning which leaves every guy wanting her, but I guess you could say she plays hard to get.

But really all I see them as is self obsessed, rich girls who only care about what clothes they wear and which boys to bang. Not really my type of thing.

They walk closer towards where I am standing. Why are they coming this way? Oh god please no. I've had a bad run with those two, but luckily have made myself invisible enough for them not to notice me for a few years. I really can't go back to how it was..

I'm too intimidated to move a muscle. As much as I want to just run away, my legs don't seem to move. They're only a few metres away.

Kelly and Freya give my an icy glare as they get closer, probably annoyed by the fact that everyone but me has split like the Red Sea to allow them to pass. Kelly's eyes slightly tingle and she gives me a rough nudge with her shoulder and I go falling to the floor, books scattering everywhere. I hear them giggle as the sound of their shoes get fainter as they walk away.

I can feel my face burning up in embarrassment as everyone stares at me, the helpless little nerd on the ground. The bell rings and everyone retreats to class leaving me picking up pieces of paper for English class first period.

I reach out to grab my diary but a large hand beats me to it. My eyes start wandering up the body that the hands belong to. Nike shoes, tanned muscly legs, arms oh dear lord those arms, v-neck, face. Crap. It's those enchanting blue eyes again. Oh Dylan Knight, you never fail to look good.

"Madi?"

I snatch my diary from his hands, and scramble off the floor. Why does this have to be happening. Now he's just going to laugh and walk all over me like everyone. I gave him what was supposed to be an apologetic smile, that ended up being a little too forced with fear clear in my eyes.
