seyeon didn't come from a very rich family
they were... comfortable but not super comfortable
like just the middle

when seyeon was still super young her father got really sick and needed help paying bills
my dad who was her mother's employer at that time decided to help

her mom would work extra time while her dad was in the hospital
seyeon would stay over at mine while my mom looks after us

all this time
we both thought our parents were good friends
that's why we knew each other

my parents were just helping her parents with the hospital bills as well as keeping seyeon alive

eventually her dad got better and got out of the hospital
but because her mom still worked for my dad and me and seyeon were practically bffs, our parents still stayed close

they allowed us to play and to hang out at each other's houses
and i do remember her parents being very much nicer than mine 🤠

my parents apparently never liked seyeon and her parents
they said although seyeon's mom worked hard, they didn't like them because they were simply just not enough for the company

when i was talking to them i just wanted to know why they kept seyeon away from me and didn't really listen to their bullshit of an excuse

haehaelee:
so when they died, they didn't want to take in seyeon because they didn't wanna spend money on her and didn't want to take care of her
except that's exactly what they did anyway 💀

instead of taking her in they sent her overseas to study and hopefully continue to forget abt me and stuff
but they sent her money to survive because they didn't wanna seem like bad people to the company(?)
