Harry dreaded today, he knew that today was going to be extremely long. It was his first day back from his suicide attempt. He had been gone for a week, but nothing seemed to change. Everyone was still staring and laughing at him. He didn't even know why he had to come back. Oh yeah, that's because his mom was making him go see the school counselor first thing that morning. She was going to make him talk to her. That was the last thing that he wanted to do. He wanted to just disappear and not have to deal with anything anymore. He walked his way to the office. Every possible thought of pity went through his head, he just wanted to run, run as far away as he could.

The return back was hard for Harry. He felt like everyone was staring at him. All the evil glances that he once received were now looks of pity and sorrow. He hated it. He hated that people who once bullied him were now feeling empathy for him. He just wanted to be treated normally for once.

He knew that he wasn't normal, though. His family didn't care about him, people at school didn't care about him. He didn't even know why he forced a smile on his face every day. He was six foot three and extremely skinny. He thought of himself as a freak, and that was what he thought everyone else thought of him too, because why else would they bully him and stare at him?

He reached for the door and stopped. He stood there shaking; staring at the door, his large hand tightly gripped the door handle. He couldn't bring himself to open the door. He wasn't ready to deal with everything. He couldn't, not now. With ragged breath, Harry quickly turned to walk away and ran into someone.

"Watch where you're going, fuckface" the voice sneered."I-I'm sorry, didn't see you there."

"Whatever," was the boy's only response as he shoved Harry to the ground. When he hit, he curled up into a ball and covered his face instinctively. Before the boy left, he kicked him hard in the ribs making Harry wince.

"Hey mate, are you okay?"Harry looked up to see a beautiful boy standing over him reaching his hand out to help him The boy was stunning. His hair was short and flowy. His eyes were bluer than the ocean. Harry couldn't help but smile at the boy's beauty in front of him. He reached out and grabbed the beautiful boy's hand pulling himself up.

"Yeah, I am okay, thanks."

"Where were you going?" the beautiful boy asked.

"Umm.. nowhere."

The beautiful boy laughed. "Really mate, you were going nowhere? People usually don't walk around here without a destination."

Harry got scared; he couldn't help but think that this was going to be it. Another beating, another person to call him names and make fun of him. His instinct was to run, so that's what he did. He ran as far as he could. He looked behind him to see the beautiful boy following him, which in turn made him run faster.

"Wait! Love wait! I didn't mean to scare you."

Before Harry knew it, he had run smack into the front door of the building and fell to the ground. He backed up into the corner and curled up into the fetal position anticipating the abuse that he was about to endure. Tears started flowing down his face as he thought why me? Why is this my life? Why couldn't I have just ended it all days ago?

Harry flinched at a touch on his shoulder. He peered up over his crossed arms to see the beautiful boy crouched down in front of him.

"Love, I didn't mean to frighten you. I was just joking with you. I'm sorry"

Harry pulled his head completely out of his arms now to look at the boy. He couldn't believe that for once in his life someone was being nice to him. He didn't know how to take it. Had he heard about the events prior to today and now felt sorry for Harry? Of course, that had to be it. The boy just felt sorry for him so he felt obligated to be nice.

When Harry looked up, the beautiful boy saw the tears streaming from his eyes. He was shocked. Had he scared the boy that bad? He didn't know what to do. He had been trained to handle situations like this, but this one felt different. He was at an utter loss for words.

"Love, let's get you out of the hallway."

Harry looked at him eyes widened and scared but he nods and agrees to go with the beautiful boy. He wasn't exactly sure where he was being led to but he followed anyway.

"Miss Teasdale's office is always opened this early, she is good people; we get along pretty well."

Harry heard the name and froze. He couldn't move. He didn't want to meet with her just yet. That is why he was wanting to run in the first place.

"It's ok love, she isn't going to judge or hurt you," the beautiful boy said as he reached out and grabbed Harry's wrist. Harry jerked his wrist away. "It's really okay mate, if you don't want to go in there, I will wait out here with you until you're ready".

Harry nodded and just stands there staring at the door, he wanted to go, he really did but it was as if like he was super-glued to the floor. He wanted out of the commons area. He could feel people staring at him. He needed to get away, but the only escape was the door in front of him. He was frozen, he was scared, he had so many emotions right now and didn't know what to do or how to deal with them, so out of instinct his body shut down.

After standing there for what seemed like forever Harry nodded "Okay, let's go in."

The beautiful boy smiled and led Harry into the office. Harry didn't know why, but the beautiful boy made him feel safe like he could trust him. He made Harry smile a real smile for the first time in months. So, he nodded and followed the boy into the office.

"Morning Louis, how can I help you?" the cheerful voice called out from behind the desk.

"Morning Miss. Teasdale, I think that this lad needed to speak with you."

Ah, Louis was his name. Louis, Louis, Louis. Harry liked the way the name sounded. He now could put a name to the beautiful boy's face.

"Ah, you must be Harry Styles, I have been waiting on you, follow me into my office." Harry obliged and sat down in her office.

"Thank you, Louis, I will see you later this afternoon for our meeting" Miss Teasdale called from over her shoulder.

"Yes ma'am, have a good day, and best of luck Harry," Louis said with a smile as he walked out the door.
