Jeff: Hello everyone reading this! I hope you're having a great day and I just wanted to remind you that no matter what you are loved by me and even if you're in a bad point in your life, things turn around! It can take time and effort, but you need some rain before you can see a rainbow, right?
Jeff: So from me and all my friends, we believe in you! We support you! We're behind you no matter what! If the most remarkable thing you did today was get out of bed? That's still good! All progress is progress, even if it seems insignificant to you!
Jeff: Please drink some water, make sure you've eaten, make sure you've taken your meds if you take them, and make sure you're well-rested. Even eating an apple or single grape is better than eating nothing at all! (Unless you're allergic or intolerant,,, anyway)
