So i headcanon gonta to be autistic
i think that kaito picked up on this throughout the game
remember when kokichi was yelling at gonta during the trial and telling him to defend himself and kaito screamed at kokichi "thats enough", i think that kaito was trying to defend gonta because of that but didnt want to say it directly, however i dont think kokichi picked up on this and just thought that gonta was stupid
