Villain Deku: The Next Number 1 Villain (Act IV)

Izuku's Bio (Log 1)

Hello, the name is Izuku Midoriya, I don't have a villain name yet (Fate: This is your chance to find the best villain name for Izuku, and I will choose the most horrific and badass names.) so let's move onto quirks. Since my dad is All for One, he gave me 5 different quirks to handle which are:

1) Instant Regen: Able to regenerate from wounds the moment the damage is inflicted. I am also able to heal others if I desire, but it will take most of my stamina. If the person is on the brink of death than I cannot revive them or more accurately they're fucked.

2) Blood: I am able to use blood from others or myself to turn into objects such as a scythe, or a sword, I am also able to manipulate it at will. The drawback is that I always crave blood once overused.

3) Build: I can make blueprints for almost any invention I need for the league. There is a pocket dimension for the building tools that comes along with this quirk. If I overuse the blueprints I use, it gives me a mediocre headache.

4) IQ: This can make me smarter and capable of doing things no ordinary human can. This one has no drawback and can stay on forever.

5) Infini-Copy: I have a special way to copy others quirks and can keep them. This pretty much sums up my last quirk, straightforward. 

My position in the league right now is a Second-In Command, while Tenka is the boss of the operation. She won't be in that spot for long though. I have a plan to make her the second while I become first, as much as I love her and the others, I'd rather her not do a lot of heavy lifting. Edit: So this story is a rewrite. "A rEwRiTe?", yes a rewrite, originally this story was goin somewhere else but a few days later I believe, I deleted not being happy with what was there, so I got a new and improved version, this one hoping to be better then whatever garbage I was probably going to make. I hope you all enjoy this story.

Edit #2(I'm sorry T-T): So this has come to my attention from one of my commentors, which was pretty much asking if I could age up Mahoro and put her in the harem, in the long run it could save me the work by taking out the second movie but also give me work by finding out what the freak to do with Mahoro and Katsuma. So this will be up to you, would you like to have an aged up Mahoro in this harem or just leave her as she is and can screw up both kid's childhood :D. So up to you guys. 

Edit(6/16/22)#3: To make things faster for me to continue this story, the aged up Mahoro vote will be from today until next week, which is the 23rd. I need to make this first chapter and I want everything confirmed before writing anything. Sorry if it sounds like I'm rushing you guys, I just want to plan all this stuff out then write it all down before forgetting.
