Loki and I watched as Luna walked around, looking for her familiars. She stopped in front of a cage with two small tiger cubs, she picked them both up before continuing on. She then stopped in front of another cage that held a full-grown black jaguar, she knelt down and talked to it for a little bit before opening the cage and allowing it to follow her as she moved on. She came upon a black owl, the owl hopped onto her shoulder before she came back over to us.
"Meet my familiars." Luna said, grinning
"What are their names?" I asked
"I was thinking Diamond for the little white one and Kane for her brother, Nova for the jaguar, and Comet for the owl." Luna revealed
"Those are lovely names. Let's go get their needed supplies." Loki stated
We walked over to the counter to pay for everything before leaving the shop.
"Where to now young ones?" Loki questioned
~~~~~~~~ We finally made it back to the academy where Madame B and Frigga were standing, looking slightly worried while also frustrated.
"And where the hell were you three?" Madame questioned, "Lyra you are supposed to be resting and in a wheelchair, not up and about without it."
"Sorry ma'am. I just took my sisters out to get some of their school supplies and a few other things they either wanted or needed. Amara never once set her foot on the ground unless we were sitting down to eat our food; other than that I was carrying her." Loki responded.
"Where exactly did you go?" Frigga asked as a girl brought over my wheelchair.
"We started out in Diagon Alley then moved over to Asgard Alley, which has way better stuff in it." I answered while Loki set me down in the wheelchair.
"Thanks for being truthful young ones."Frigga said, "now young star you have to get to bed so you can get some rest. Little moon come with me please."
Frigga gave me and Loki a hug and kiss on the forehead before leading Luna down the hallway. Loki wheeled me back to my room. He then picked me up and laid me on my bed, as he went to leave, I grabbed his hand.
"Please stay Loki." I whispered, "I don't think I will be sleeping peacefully tonight."
He crawled into bed next to me, wrapping his arm around me and pulling me closer.
"Go to sleep little one. I will be right here to chase away the nightmares." He soothed, carding his fingers through my hair.
