It's not some villian going crazy for money and power it's was about vengeance while at the same time
The main protagonist Hiro was going through the same thing and they both have the same reactions they want the person responsible to pay for the loss of their loved ones but then Hiro realizes that it won't bring his brother back but when Baymax detected that abigal was alive Hiro went into save her that's a real hero
He went and saved her because he knew if he had a chance to save his brother he would want him back so he saved the bad guys daughter and not only that but he doesn't kill the main villain he doesn't even harm him they use their wits to outsmart him and no one gets hurt.
