Nique POV
"Spring break in three days hallelujah...it's felt like forever" I said sitting at the island with the others
We've been at 21 house for the past couple of hours.
"Girl who you telling" Jayda agreed.
"Wayda can you go grab my phone please, it's in Dave's room"
"I got you" she replied to me while walking out of the kitchen
I waited until I heard her walk up the stairs then pulled out my phone.
"Okay y'all so I already had the workers set majority of the things up. The resort manager sent me pictures through what's app" I said as everyone crowded around me.
"This looks nice Nique thanks foreal" 21 was said
"No problem bro, it's just a couple finishing touches I have to tell them to fix, and then-"
"Nique I can't find your phone" she said through the intercom
I walked over to the intercom and pressed the button
"Maybe it's in the bathroom, if not it's fine I'll find it"
"Okay"
I sat back down and flipped through more of the pictures.
"So when are you going to ask my good sis to be your girl friend, it been a couple months" Tae asked
"I plan on doing it on the trip" 21 replied
"I'm mean I already thought y'all were together" Dave replied
"Same, every time someone asked I told them y'all were a couple" Kiana replied
"Good, at least they know she off limits" I said making 21 high five me
"But what's going on with y'all two"21 one said making me change the subject
"Aye y'all seen that new movie-"
"Don't try to change the subject" Tae replied
"What we talking about" Jayda asked while walking back into the kitchen
I made sure I hid my phone under me.
"Nothi-" I tried to say before Kiana interrupted me
"Nique and Dave" She replied
"Oh yeah what's going on with y'all" Jayda asked with a smirk
"We chilling, and plus we're best friends" Dave replied as I agreed
"But niggas know what's going on..she off the market" he said while wrapping his arm around me.
"Boy I'm not off anything...I'm about to shake this as-" I replied as I was about to shake my behind
"Play with yo life if you want to" he replied with a straight face making me stand back up
Everyone laughed at me.
"It's not even funny" I said as I sat back down in my seat
"No but it is tho, he just checked yo ass" Tae said between laughs
"Hahaha so funny" I replied as I got up and grabbed a water from the fridge

"Man I need to find me my own spot"
"Why, don't you live with your aunt" Dave asked
"I do but I want my own, and plus I don't want to live with her forever"
"Besides you should live with me, I have a house too"
"You have a house" I asked surprised
"Yeah I do, I just had to make sure you weren't an opp. Only the people close to me know I have a home."
"So it took you eight months just to figure out I'm not just a random broad" I asked
"Mhm" he said while eating a slice of pizza and sitting next to me
I looked back at my apple laptop and continued scrolling on the Zillow website.
"I'm not sure if I want a house or condo...Let me get a bite"
He snapped his head at me with a stuffed mouth.
"Why every time I eat something, you think you can get a piece" he said putting the half eaten slice up to my mouth
"Because everything that's yours is mine" I replied while he smacked his lips
I took a bite and continued to scroll through the website.
From the corner of my eye I seen him drinking from a cup.
"This kool-aid bussin"
I grabbed the drink from his hand and took a sip while scrolling on my laptop.
I felt his glare and I turned my head towards him.
"Nique really" he said with a mug
His hand remained in the same position as if the cup was still in his hand.
"What, sharing is caring" I said making him chuckle
"Mane give me this" he said taking the cup out of my hand.
"Your just gonna take the cup with you"
"Hell yeah, it's going to be gone by time I get out the bathroom messing with you" he said making me giggle
I continued to scroll through the website until I grew tired.
