Alison's POV

3 days had passed and we had already landed at Auckland airport. After claiming our luggage we got into quite a big car and were taken to the hotel. Ari helped me with the check-in when suddenly the young man standing behind the counter next to us caught my attention. Oh shit! "Ari!", I hissed while trying to hide behind her back. "Look to your left!" "Huh?" She peeked at the boy and flinched. "Woah shit! Your ex boyfriend! What the heck is he doing here?", she whispered surprised. "I told you he moved to New Zealand. That was the reason for our break-up. Ah what should I dooo?" "Alison?" The dark voice behind me called my name. Fuck fuck fuck. I turned around and realised Lucas stood right in front of me "Hi...", I mumbled and avoided his eyes. This was so awkward! "Woah, it's been such a long time. What are you doing here?", he asked happily. "Business...", I replied briefly. "Oh wow and hi Aria! You both are still close even after graduation?" "Yeah, of course, Lucas! We even work together!", Aria cheered. "That's so cool! I'm working here in my parents' hotel. And you know what? Since you're old friends I can tell you a secret!" "That is?" Lucas grinned and moved a little closer. "I know you both are head over heels into kpop sooo...there will be kpop idols staying at our hotel for two days. You see those guys over there? They are idols" I couldn't hold in a giggle. Aria grinned as well. "Why are you laughing?", he asked confused. The boys must have noticed that we knew the guy because Jisung and Chan were coming over to us. Chan leaned on Ari's shoulder and said ,,Hey, sweetheart! Who's this guy?" And Jisung hugged me from behind and looked at me expecting an explanation as well. Lucas's jaw dropped. Expecting help I threw a look at Aria who tried hard not to burst out laughing because of Lucas's face. She understood and answered "Uhm, Chan, Jisung this is Lucas, an old friend from high school. Lucas, this is Chan, my boyfriend and that is Jisung, Ally's boyfriend." "B-b-boyfriend?", he stammered and his eyes quickly jumped back and forth between the guys and us. "Lucas, don't stand around uselessly. Show them their room! An - oh Alison!! What a coincidence!" "Hello Mrs Wilson!", I greeted Lucas's mum and smiled politely. You're working with these good-looking guys?" I nodded and chuckled. Lucas snapped the keys from the hook on the wall and led the way. I tried to stick to Han but Aria walked right next to Lucas. Ah jinjja this girl!

"I'd be honored if you could join me for a drink later!", Lucas mentioned after a while. ,,Sure, we'll be there!" Ari answered and received a death glare for that. "Okay! My shift is over at 9!See ya then", Lucas hummed and gave us our room key. "This one's yours and then there are 4 other double rooms on this side. If you need anything, just call the reception or come down. You can use all our facilities for free. If you have time to visit the city centre, you can take the Auckland Underground to nearly anywhere. Have a good time!" Then he left us with the boys. "I'm happy for you two that you get to meet an old friend here!", Chan chirped. "Yeah...", I agreed hesitant and faked a smile. Ari, we gotta talk! We all splitted and went to our rooms. This time I shared a room with Ari. Some 'girls vacay', we told them. "Hey Ari?" ,,Yes girl, what is it?" "Uhmmm meeting my ex stresses me out quite a bit. And what am I going to tell Jisung if he asked what our relationship with Lucas is or was?" "I think it would be the best to tell him the truth. And I think it will be good to have a drink with him. Maybe you can catch up on the past and sort things out?", my best friend said. I nodded absentmindedly and thought about all possible reactions Han could show. "Don't stress yourself too much, Ally. After all he's just your ex and Jisung knows that you love him", Ari tried to calm me down. I sighed. "I know but...Lucas was my first love and also my first relationship. And we didn't seperate because of a fight or because we didn't love each other anymore. The reason was that he moved away. We still had feelings for each other and I think exactly that is the problem..." "Are you worried that you might fall in love with him again?" "No, god no! I love Jisung. But I don't know...something deep inside me screams that it's wrong. Like, this situation. Can we rather not go and have a drink with him?", I asked Ari uneasy. "Well, how about this: We'll meet him this evening and you two sort everything out. After that we'll never have to meet him again, yeah?" "Why are you so keen on meeting him?" "Coz we haven't had any contact to other mates for quite a long time!" "True...yeah okay whatever! I mean there is nothing to be afraid of, right? Let's do this. It's childish to run away from him!", I encouraged myself and got up from the bed. "Whatcha doin?" "Looking for clothes to wear. I look like a potato sack right now!" Aria laughed and nodded in agreement. "But you do too!", I teased her smirking. "Nah mate, I rock the couch potato look! Look at these sexy trackies and these garish pink socks oi!" "Pretty disgusting". I got hit by a pillow and fell off the bed. "Oh shit, Ally, are you okay? Ahahaha", she laughed while I rubbed my poor ass. "Wait, did you just fall off the bed because you got hit by a 600 gramm pillow?", she burst out laughing again and I glared at her annoyed. "You caught me off guard..." Then I laughed as well.
