Twelve o'clock is a spear type weapon infused with Gravity dust. The gravity dust infused in the spear is connected to his bracelets, allowing the user to manipulate it mid-air.
A very quiet individual as he specializes in stealth, he has a habit of taking down White Fang bases at exactly twelve midnight, hence the name of his weapon and his first name. Once you get to know him, he's a pretty chill guy.
