S1 Chapter 1: Where Everything Started

"Yes. Take care, Onii-san." Mikasa said and she laid back to sleep

Y/N stood up and suddenly, a yellow thunderbolt hit the forest.

"What the..." Y/N walked outside and went to the spot where the thunderbolt hit.

There he saw, Eren lying on the ground unconsciously.

"Eren?" Y/N kneeled beside him

"What happened, Ackerman?" Keith arrived

"I don't know, but I saw Eren here." Y/N said

"I understand." Keith said and he carried Eren

"I'll be going back to the headquarters now." Y/N said

"You didn't have to say it. I'm not the Commander anymore." Keith said and he walked back to the shelter while carrying Eren

Y/N returned to his headquarters and went inside his room to rest.

The next morning, Y/N visited Mikasa and the others, only to find out they were now working at a field where they would plow for food.

Every start and end of the week, Y/N would give Mikasa, Eren, Armin, Armin's grandfather some money to buy some of their needs.

Until a year later, the Government ordered a reckless operation to retake Wall Maria which took lives of many people. One of those who were forced to take part in the operation and killed was Armin's grandfather.

Y/N treated them dinner so he could at least comfort them.

"Hey, you three... I've decided already." Eren said

"What did you decide on?" Y/N asked

"I... I will enlist in the Training Corps next year... and massacre some Titans." Eren said

"I will too." Armin said

"So do I." Mikasa said

"Huh? But didn't you say that we need to survive?" Eren asked

"That's right. If we stick together we'll survive." Mikasa said

"Y/N-san, are you not gonna say anything about Mikasa joining the military?" Eren asked

"I'm proud." Y/N said

"Eh?" The three looked confused

"You three have grown up already. I don't mind if you join the Corps. I believe that you three would live long. The three of you have your own great qualities." Y/N said

"One has great strength." Y/N said looking at Mikasa

"One has a will as hard as a rock." Y/N said looking at Eren

"And one who's smarter than amy military official in the current generation of soldiers." Y/N said looking at Armin

"Finish your food now so I can pay now. I still need to return to the headquarters." Y/N said

The three ate while Y/N just smiled at them.

timeskip 3 years

Y/N was sitting in a chair infront of a desk while staring at a portrait.

"Captain... Why'd it have to be you and the others." Y/N said looking at a picture frame on the desk

Someone suddenly knocked on the door.

"Y/N, you there?" A woman from outside asked

"H-Huh? Y-Yes, please wait a minute, Hange-san!" Y/N shouted

Y/N immediately stood up and ran to the door.

There he saw, Hange and a quite familiar woman.

(Makima - Chainsaw man)

"You're...Lilith, right? If I'm not mistaken, you're from the squad that also got wiped out, right?" Y/N asked

"Yes, it's been a long time since we last saw each other. When was it... right during the Scouts recruitment. I take it too, that your from one of the three squads that got wiped out too by the White Titan, am I right?" The woman asked

"Yes." Y/N nodded

"Alright, now that you two have introduced yourselves to each other, I'm going to tell you about why I met you both today." Hange said

"The reason I brought Lilith here with me today, is because she'll be your new roommate and squad mate" Hange said

"Eh? Then, who's our Squad Leader?" Y/N asked, surprised

"It's-" Hange was cut off by Levi

"I'm your Squad Leader, brats." Levi walked inside

"Ah." Y/N said without any expressions on his face

"Both of you are now members of Levi Squad!" Hange said

"Oh, ok." Y/N said again without any expressions on his face

"That's all we had to discuss today. Do you have any questions?" Hange asked

"No." Y/N and Lilith replied

"Alrighty then!" Hange said and she walked outside the room with Levi.

Lilith left the room and returned with her bags and she looked at Y/N with a questioned face.

"Which bed is free?" Lilith asked

"All of it, except this one." Y/N said sitting on his bed which was on the corner

"Oh..." Lilith said

Lilith puts her bag on top of her bed and walked to the desk with a face of curiosity.

"Isn't this, Noelle-heichou?" Lilith asked

"Yeah." Y/N said while writing on a paper

"What're you writing?" Lilith asked

"It's for my sister and her friends. They're currently in the Training Corps so I check on them every time before an expedition starts, but I won't be able to check on them this time so I'm sending them a letter." Y/N said

"Hmm... Must be hard being away from your siblings for a very long time, eh?" Lilith asked

"Yeah." Y/N replied

"When are they graduating?" Lilith asked

"They are currently on their last two months." Y/N said

"Oh. I see. What branch are they planning to join?" Lilith asked

"The Survey Corps." Y/N said

"Oh. I also have some friends in the Training Corps, but they're planning to join the Military Police." Lilith said

"Hm." Y/N nodded

Lilith started unpacking while Y/N continues to write on his letter.
