The Vice Captain

a man at the edge of the spade kingdom goes through many papers he'd collected , his cover has been blown and now he has to leave immediately

"YOUUUU!" zenon exclaims shooting out a bone but missing as the man goes through a portal and leaves.

the next day

asta is sitting down with yami and the rest of the black bulls , he's wearing his hair in a bun and wearing a tank top , he just got done working out and he was exhausted, just then a mass of black forms in front of them and a man appears with numerous documents in his hand

"well well well look who finally showed up" yami says while laughing and the man takes off his mask to reveal long black and a light smile. Nacht of the black bulls returns

"hello my juniors" he says with a smile which finral immediately takes offense too

"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A JUN-" he's cut off

"my name is nacht, i am the vice captain of the black bulls" as everyone's jaws drop to the floor except asta who remembers him faintly.

"nacht sir!" asta says getting up and bowing to him as the vice captain laughs

"asta!" it's good to see you again" he says patting him on the head as yami gets up to talk to his friend

(in this story i am going to have nacht be friendlier to the black bulls and like yami , as it's for the convience of the plot)

as they are catching up , nacht leaves to the wizard kings office to report the information as everyone goes back to what their doing

"asta" liebe says popping out of his grimore as everyone sees this and freaks out

"WHOS RHAT????" everyone says with shock but noelle thinks it's adorable

"this is my devil / brother liebe! say hi liebe" asta says with a warm smile

"yo" liebe says while everyone begans to relax

"so, that guy , he has devils in him" asta stops what he's doing and begans to sweat

"devils? no way! i don't remember him being possessed" asta says to liebe

"i felt the presence of devils , not just one or two, at least 4 in him" liebe says which asta is shocked to hear

"then in that case , i should ask him for help on how to draw out our power more!" asta says drawling a big smile on his face as liebe face palms as it seems asta is obvlious to any danger

the wizard kings office

"julius" nacht says as he walks into the room and bows to julius

"you can rise nacht" julius says as nacht gets the papers and throws them onto his desk

"we're in trouble." he says flatly

"world tree magic? dark magic" julius says as going through the documents

" a portal to the underworld?" this is when he realizes why they're even going to war in the first place , he realizes that the dark triad is building up a force to take users who have dark and world tree magic , who just happen to be two magic knight captains.

"shit shit shit " julius says as it all comes together , "when do you think they will come?" julius asks nacht"

"i'm not sure , for all we know they can be using the war with the heart kingdom as a cover to come for us" he tells julius as he begans to sweat

"notify yami and willam to be on guard at all time and to take members wherever they go, and to have a communicating device at all times too, if they capture them then its all over" nacht tells Julius as he leaves the room.
