Ophelia has just arrived at work. James worked to night shift to cover for Mark who was sick. Ophelia ran out of the elevator. Her boss Levi was standing right at the door. He had a very stern look on his face. She expected him to yell at her for being late, but instead all he said was "My office. 5 minutes." then left and went to his office. Ophelia sat at her desk. James, who's desk was next to hers leant over, sighed and jokingly said
"What did you do this time?"
She couldn't help but smile and respond with
"Marry you"
"Uncalled for"
She smiled
"So, how was the night shift"
"Terrible! I couldn't sleep"
"That's what the night shift does"
Mark came out of his office
"Ophelia, now"
Then he went back in. Ophelia got up to go to his office. James gave her a thumbs up to signal '𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆'
She went into his office and sat down. Mark was reading a case file. He read about one more sentence before turning to Ophelia.
"This case is yours. It's a B&E and a murder."
"Oh ok." Ophelia replied surprisingly. "Is that all you wanted to talk to me about."
"Yes. But this is the most important case. You will be evaluated while you work"
"Oh ok then."
"You may leave now."
Ophelia stood up and left the office.
