I contacted most of Chase's family and asked them could they throw a party for him and they agreed. I gave them money to set everything up.

Chase and I agreed to see eachother at the after party since we was planned on looking sexy together. My mom was curling my hair right now while AJ was helping me pick out jewelry.

Dad was here as well helping me get ready you know sitting down somewhere telling me I look pretty. It feels so good to graduate man, I'm ready to start my life and see what I can accomplish after this.

I've prepared my speech as soon as I got back into town. It took me 4 days to write it man I've never stayed up in so many consecutive days in my life.

My look is finally complete, we headed downstairs to the car and we were on our way. When we arrived there were so many cars, people , and graduates.

All the graduates entered into the building and staff began seating us and calling our attendance. Maybe like 20 mins later graduations started. After being seating the president of our school talked and gave speech then he introduced all of the valedictorians of this year. Each of us stood up as he called our names and I was scared shitless.

My stomach dropped once I realized I had give a damn speech. We all came to the stage and one by one we gave our speech when it was my turn my voice was so shaking but then I took a deep breath and I executed it. After I was done it was the last person turn then everyone clapped for us then we went back to our seats.

Graduation was always long for no reason I was ready to go to sleep after hearing the president of our school talk. Finally it was time to give out our degrees.

Our Vice President said everyone's names and what degree they were receiving. My last name was towards the middle so when I got on that stage and looked at the crowd I just smiled , I even heard cheering from a distance.

When I got my degree and got off stage I waited for Chase, he looked so cute on that stage just straight smiling. When they called his name I cheered as loud as I could. "That's my baby!!!" I yelled out.

His family was yelling really loud blowing horns and whistled. Such a supportive family. I was happy that he was happy. It's such a relief to see him finally happy.

After that was over finally we all made our way to the family reunion house for the after party. On the way there my mom blind folded me and told me not to peak. Here they go with the surprises.

When the car stopped Aj helped me out of the car and told me to stand here. Dad told me to take it off the blind fold and when I did. Chase's family from his mom and dad side were all here even Linda and Liyah was here.

I teared up just seeing her even though the nurse said she would have to recover for 3 months she still came. When I looked next to me Chase was crying. I walked up to him and we cried together.

I don't know why but there was a sense of relief that left my body. I've been through so much and I never gave up on myself. I'm thankful for being as strong as I am for my self and my family.

"Don't cry y'all. This is supposed to be a celebration." Grandma Merl said hugging the both of us.

We wiped out tears and started the party. Music started playing and we started dancing to James Brown. I was having so much fun just being here around good people.

After partying and eating we all met up in the house and people gave us gifts. My mom gave me a check for $1,000 and Aj gave me a picture of me and him when I was in high school when he was 1. It was so cute.
