3rd Person POV
Willow and Lena walk out of an elevator in Catco. Willow wears her brown hair in a half up half down bobby pinned hairstyle and her outfit was a simple blue dress that was cut above her knees and a pair of bright white converse
Willow trails behind Lena with her notebook in hand. Lena was looking around the place
"Ms. Luthor, it's so nice to see you." A bubbly blonde says, standing up
"Eve Teschmacher, right?" Lena asks and Eve squeals
Willow raises her eyebrows
"Sorry, I'm a huge admirer of yours." Eve says
"Thank you, Eve." Lena says
"Oh, uh, can I get, uh, you a coffee?" Eve asks. "You take it black, right? I'm not stalking you. I emailed your assistant at L-Corp about all your favorite things. I hate salmon, too."
"Well, thank you, yes, a coffee would be lovely." Lena says
"Great." Eve says, turning around
"Eve, why don't you just use this elevator?" Lena says, stopping Eve and pointing to the elevator her and Willow had just walked out of. "It'll go straight to the ground floor."
"Oh, no, only the boss can use it." Eve says
"That's just silly." Lena says. "Anybody who needs it should be able to use it."
"All right." Eve says with a smile, walking past Lena to the elevator
"Ms. Luthor." James says, walking over. "I didn't know you'd be here this morning." James and Lena shake hands. "Greene." He says, nodding his head in Willow's direction and she gives a small wave
"I was able to get things in line over at L-Corp." Lena says
"That's good." James says. "I wanna say thanks again for saving CatCo. And we should really figure out a way to get you up to speed on what's happening here. I was thinking weekly meetings or..."
"There's no need." Lena says. "I'll be here every day."
Lena walks into the office
James gives Willow a surprised look, matching hers since this was news to her as well
"Every day?" James asks, following Lena into the office and Willow goes too. "I thought Greene would be the only one bouncing between the companies."
"Well, I've set things up at L-Corp so I'll be able to dedicate my energies to learning the ins and outs of how things work at CatCo." Lena says
"Okay." James says
"You seem surprised by this." Lena notes
"Yeah... Yeah." James says
"Lena, welcome to CatCo." Kara says, walking in with a notebook that had a bow on it
"You didn't have to do that." Lena says with a smile
A light ringing pierces through Willow's mind, distracting her from the conversation around her. This was the first time today the ringing had started and no matter how many times it came, it always caused her a headache. She winces slightly, tucking her notebook under her arm and bringing a hand to her head as the others talk
"It's a Danver's family tradition." Kara says. "First day of school you get a planner."
"It's lovely. In the Luthor house on the first day, we would hire a private investigator to make sure our teachers' credentials were up-to-date." Lena says
