taehyun let out a deep sigh as he dropped the broom and looked over to the pig pen where beomgyu was sat playing with the piglets.

"hey, you're here to help not play with the animals". beomgyu lightly pouted to himself before placing down the piglet he was holding and stood up.

"you're no fun". taehyun just rolled his eyes before moving the broom back into the side closet and turning back to face beomgyu.

"what you consider fun is completely different to what i consider fun". beomgyu walked closer with a scoff and placed a hand on taehyun's shoulder.

"why don't we go do something that i consider fun?". taehyun removed beomgyu's hand with a grimace and shook his head.

"your fun is probably going out and spending all of your money not having a care in the world about losing any".

beomgyu just stared at taehyun for a few seconds. "i'll show you my fun". no more words were exchanged as beomgyu grabbed taehyun's wrist and began dragging him back to the house.

once they made it inside, mrs kang was staring at them with a sweet smile. "ah, what brings you both back so early?".

beomgyu smiled back at her. "do you perhaps have any bikes?". mrs kang was obviously confused by the question but nodded anyway before leading beomgyu and taehyun to a small shed.

"there's a couple in there, don't be back too late boys!". beomgyu just nodded happily before skipping towards the locked up bikes.

"riding bikes? that's what you consider fun?". taehyun was about to scoff but beomgyu cut him off. "no, we just need these to get to where i want to go".

"we've been going for ages, are we almost there?". beomgyu sighed before slowing down on his bike and looking over at taehyun.

"if you were more patient, you would have realised that we're already here". he then got off of the bike and gently laid it on the floor, taehyun doing the same.

it was at that moment the younger decided to actually look at where they were and he would be lying if he said he wasn't shocked.

they had arrived at a cliff edge which looked over the ocean. the sun was slowly starting to set and the sky was a mix of pinks and oranges.

"so this is what you call fun? watching the sunset?". beomgyu shook his head before walking closer to the edge and sitting down.

taehyun quietly followed and sat next to him. "less fun, more calming. when i was disobeying my fathers rules, most of the time i just came here"

"just the view and the fresh air makes me seem to forget all of my problems in life, you know?". taehyun just silently nodded and looked out at the view.

taehyun then sighed before looking back over at beomgyu again. it was at that moment he realised how handsome beomgyu was.

the way his nose was the perfect size, the way his eyes lit up under the sun, how his skin looked so flawless with the sunset in the background.

he just couldn't help but stare. "you know, you're different than i thought". those words made beomgyu look over at taehyun with a confused expression.

"what do you mean?". taehyun just softly smiled before leaning back onto the grass, beomgyu following after meaning they were now laying on the ground and facing the sky.

"when you arrived at the farm, i hated you because i thought you were one of those rich people who rub their wealth in others faces".

beomgyu let out a chuckle/scoff. "i apologise for the way i acted when i first got here, i was just so mad at my father for sending me away just because i broke a few rules".

taehyun then rolled onto his side and faced beomgyu, the older doing the same. "well maybe you shouldn't break rules then".

they both let out an airy laugh before falling into a comfortable silence. "hey, you're different than i thought as well". taehyun smiled in confusion.

"in what way?". beomgyu shrugged before making eye contact with the younger. "well for one, you were mean to me so i thought you hated me-"

"i also knew for a fact that you didn't want me here the second you walked over with a glare on your face".

taehyun let out a quiet laugh before sticking out his hand. beomgyu looked at it for a few seconds before taking it and sitting up with taehyun.

"why don't we make a deal? you stop complaining about your rich person stuff getting dirty and i'll be nice to you".

beomgyu scoffed with a sarcastic laugh. "wow, what an amazing deal". taehyun just rolled his eyes again, "just agree to the deal you brat".

beomgyu laughed even louder this time and taehyun couldn't help but stare as the olders eyes formed into bright crescent shapes.

"okay okay, i agree. now be nice to me little one". taehyun let out a gasp before hitting the older on the shoulder. "little one? why you-".

beomgyu covered taehyun's mouth with his hand. this was the closest they had ever been. they fell back into another silence.

taehyun then looked away from the older and stood up awkwardly. "we should uh, probably go back now?". beomgyu then stood up as well. "yeah.."
