It is the end,
Finally I have found the pen to close this chapter
The characters who were drawn to my fire
Are no longer swallowed by the storm
They're sailing through the aftermath, taming the waves.

The sailors are back at peace again
Never will they ever reunite in their sank ship
But the string to measure their distance
Away from each other
Is no longer braided by hate and hurt

They must now set free
Onto the oceans like seagulls
Eager to meet the escaping sun glare
With the heat sparked in their hearts
Dropping the bombs deep into the ocean where they truly belong

There is no sequel to where the cobwebs
Grow from dust onto the cleansed rooftops
They were washed away by tears
And someday we would reminisce these days
Smiling to all the wounds we could only heal by forgiveness

It is the end
I knew this day would come
When we were riding through endless sunsets
Because even through the darkest tunnels
Your smile burnt brightly as our headlights, when all the stars seemed to abandon us.
