Draco's POV

I woke up next to Vallon, him still sound asleep.
I started thinking, who really is my mate...
Yes, he's my mate, but what really are we?

What now?
Am I even ready?
I need to know..

I felt stirring next to me, turned out to be Vallon, who got a whiff of the sent I was giving out.

"Ngg, Draco, is everything alright?"

"Y-yeah..."

"Baby... don't lie to me, is everything alright?"

"... No, not really.."

"Well, what's bothering you?"

"What are we?"

"We're mates..?"

"No, not like that, it's just, what are we, other than mates? Are we ready? Am I ready? What now?"

"Baby... we don't need to worry about this stuff yet... we're only 18, and right now, I think we should just enjoy each other first? ... right?"

"Yeah, I know, but... I don't know... I need time.."
I get out of bed, and run toward the bathroom, and lock it.

I started tearing up a bit.
I heard Vallon quickly get out of his shock, and run towards the bathroom door.

"Baby..."

"... Vallon... I-... I don't think I'm ready for a proper relationship yet..."

"Baby.. heh, don't worry, take as long as you need, I don't want to rush you, okay..?"

"O-ok... b-but I'm scared.. Will you leave me if I take to long? Will you forget about me? Leave me?"

"Never.. I would never do that.. I'm ok with whatever decision you make."

"You sure?"

"100% love.."

"O-ok.."

I'm a bit happy that Vallon actually cares about what I think..
But I still need time, or I'll probably have a mental breakdown midway through our relationship..

But now, since I have the reassuring of my mate..
I think I'm going to do a lot better..
