Okay, so I completely forgot about this. I figured I might do a short update.

So, from my experience cafeteria is horrible and tastes like stale garbage and therefore is probably unhealthy.

Packing your lunch is better because you can choose healthy things that actually taste decent and are good for while you're growing your wings.

• Avoid carbs, such as bread, French fries, doughnuts, potato or corn chips, gummy candy, and most other processed foods.

• Choose healthy things like fruit, dairy (calcium is important for bones), maybe some meat for protein and muscle (but not too much), etc.

These tips are also good for at home, if you want.

Sorry for a short one but it's extremely early in the morning and I am severely sleep deprived so stay safe homies and love you all byeeeeee 💕
