"Are you sure it's her?" Phil asked, the messenger nodded "She matches the description his majesty gave us and claims to be called Angela" Phil let out a sigh in relief "That's good" he turned around, talking to all the guards in the immediate vicinity "Alright everyone, call your respective platoons, it's time to head back home!"

TECHNO AND ANGELA POV
Techno straight up ran inside the castle, jumping off Carl and dashing inside, he briefly asked where she was and then headed towards his room. Time seemed to slow down, the halls seemed to be longer and the steps on the stairs to never end, but in the end he managed to reach it.
He swinged the door opened and there she was, sound asleep, like she never even left in the first place. He never diverted his gaze form her for even one second, fearing that if he as much as blinked, she would disappear. Techno slowly approached her, shakily reaching out to touch her cheek, to make sure he wasn't hallucinating, to make sure that this wasn't a dream, to make sure she was really there.
He touched her cheek, letting out a breath he didn't knew he had been holding, gently caressing it "You're here" he murmured, kneeling down beside her "You're really here"
All the noise caused Angela to wake up, her eyes slowly focusing on the king, seeing him on the verge of tears "Your majesty?" she called, yawning and sitting up "Why are you c-" she didn't have time to finish, as he pulled her into a tight embrace.
"Don't.... just... stay like this for a bit... please..." he begged, a few tears escaping his eyes, Angela noticed that he was shaking and soon remembered the event of the past night.
"I-i'm sorry your majesty, i-i didn't mean to... i didn't knew i could... i... i'm sorry" she ended up saying in the end, hugging him back, nuzzling her head in his chest, hearing his heart race like it had never done before.
They remained like this for several minutes, until he slowly started to release her, gently taking her chin and going in to kiss her passionately.
"Don't... don't ever leave me like that... i... i don't want to lose you too" he begged, she nodded against his lips as he pulled her back into another kiss.
In the following days she had a lot of explaining to do, Techno didn't leave her side for a solid four days straight, delaying his royal duties just to stay with her, making sure she wasn't in danger. Phil was quite surprised to find out that she could also turn invisible, which apparently it's part of the support magic.
"This means you can use all four kinds, that's a case never seen before" he said surprised, flickering through the books in the library "There isn't a single record of Elythrians being able to use more than two kinds, you are quite the rarity Angela" he complimented.
She tried to assure Techno that she was alright and he could go back to his work but he was having none of it. She sighed, understanding that the only time she could reach out to Skeppy it would have been at night, and by using her newfound power, avoiding the guards was going to be a piece of cake.
She soon managed to sneak out of the king's room and into the garden, where she saw him work at his machine, as always. She slowly made her way closer, making sure that Dream wasn't nearby, she then turned visible again and approached him.
"Skeppy" she called, startling him "A-a-angela? What are you doing out here at t-this hour?" he asked, warily looking around "Don't worry, he is not here" she reassured, walking closer to him and grabbing his shoulders.
"Skeppy you need to leave, you can leave now" she said with a smile "W-what do you mean?"
"They are safe now, Bad and Abby, they are free, Dream has no control over neither them or you anymore, you can go home" Skeppy froze, he didn't know what to say, he wasn't even sure if what he was hearing was the truth.
"H-how... how do you know their names?" he murmured in the end "I can't tell you the whole story, it would take too long, just know that i ended up freeing them by chance. They are back at your old house now, they agreed to wait you there" she patted his back "You can go, i'll tell his majesty everything and he'll take care of Dream, but first" she looked at the course, which was nearly finished "Tell me why he made you build this, what is this really?" she asked.
"I-its.... a death trap" he confessed "Once the doors close... there's no way to open them again... a magic barrier will arise and block anyone from coming in or out and the crystals will shoot projectiles until whoever is inside is..." he cringed "He wanted to use it to kill the king.... i don't know why... i... i.." Angela hugged him.
"It's ok, i'll warn the king, no one will die in there, i promise" Skeppy hugged her back, a few tears escaping his eyes "Thank you..." he mumbled out, soon after she helped him reach the closest gate without being noticed and they parted ways, him running as fast as he could inside the forest, a large smile on his face, while Angela headed back inside the castle.
