Khiya
James and I lay in bed, simply talking, for hours. At around four o'clock, there was a knock at the door.
'James, Khiya! Come out, or I'm coming in.' Lily yelled from outside the door.
'Well, I would... But, we're more than a little naked right now.' James called, while I lay beside him, giggling.
'Eww, gross. Just hurry up and come out.' Lily sighed, giving up after hearing about our lack of clothing.
'Fine,' I grumbled, before I turned to James, 'Your father hates me, you know that?'
'Hey, come on. He doesn't hate you... He just thinks you're a teensy bit wrong.'
'Yeah, a teensy bit... Try a teensy fucking truck-load.' I mumbled.
'C'me on, baby. Let's go see what's happening.'
We got dressed quietly and traipsed downstairs, where the whole pack was waiting, to James' evident surprise.
'What's going on?' I asked under my breath.
'No idea.' James whispered, grasping my hand in his.
'James, Khiya. As current Alpha of this pack, I've made an arrangement with my Luna. James, you will be established as the new Alpha and Khiya, you will be married to my son.'
'Riiight.' I said, disbelief lacing my tone. 'And when will this be happening?'
'Tonight.' Robert said, simply.
