I smiled as I walked into the office. The PA did not bother me because she knew that no matter what her boss was doing, he would always have time to see me. The idiot raised his head immediately I walked in without knocking, I bet planning to chew the person alive but once he saw me, a smile spread on his face

"My baby" he stood up and walked towards me with his arms spread out for a hug. I walked into his arms and he lifted me, making me squeal in delight

"Ogoo put me down immediately" I ordered and he put me down.

"How are you? Hope you're fine?" He asked as he turned me around to check for injuries. I swatted his hands away and frowned

"I'm fine jhoor. And leave me alone. You that has been avoiding me. Do you think I don't know? You came back and you didn't tell me" I grumbled

He sighed and pulled me towards the sofa. We sat down and he turned to face me

"I like someone" he blurted

"I heard. Who is she? Hope she's a good person because you deserve a nice girl" I placed my palm on his shoulder

"You're not angry?" He asked, obviously surprised

"Why would I be?" I asked, bending my head to one side

"We used to fuck" he mumbled and I smiled

After my failed relationships, Ogoo and I became friends with benefits. Our friends thought we would make a beautiful couple but I was always appalled at the thought of dating him. Don't get me wrong, he's a good guy, the best any girl can ask for. But I'd rather be friends with him. After all, I'm closer to him than the rest. So now he thinks I have feelings for him or I'd be angry or shit like that. I smiled and shook my head

"I'm very happy for you Ogoo. I don't like you like that. And if you've been avoiding our group chat because of me, you're a big idiot"

He looked at me and pulled me into a hug "thank you so much. I was so worried that you have feelings for me and you'll hate me. I don't ever want to lose you" he breathed out in relief

"You're an idiot. I'm the first person you're supposed to tell. Now I'm angry" I folded my hands over my chest and out of habit I guess, his eyes trailed to my boobs. I smirked. When he caught himself, he stood up from the sofa and walked back to his table and sat on it. I burst out laughing and he glared at me

"Stop laughing" he narrowed his eyes at me

"Okay. Fine" I took deep breaths to steady my breathing "but you should have told me about her though"

"I know and I'm sorry I didn't. Come here" he spread his arms again and I walked into them.

Don't blame me. He gives the best hugs

Just then, the door opened. I didn't pull away because I felt it was his PA as she has seen us in a compromising position before so a hug wasn't anything.

"Errm Ebby I think you should let go now" his voice was shaky and wondering what got him scared, I pulled away and turned. I was faced with a petite girl. She was fair in complexion and her skin glowed compared to my dark ones. There was no make-up on her face apart from the lip gloss on her lips and she was beautiful. She also looked very angry.

"Hi, good afternoon. Can we help you?" I asked

"You were not supposed to say that" Ogoo mumbled and I looked at him in confusion. He looked scared "I swear it's not what it looks like"

What in God's name is happening?

"I should be asking you that" the girl replied, glaring daggers at me "I walk into my boyfriend's office to bring him the lunch I promise just to see him hugging you. So please tell me, are you sleeping with him to keep your job or what?"
