~•{Chapter #04}•~

Start from the beginning

Along with him was the other one. With a bent twig porphyrous legs that get pale to join the fluffy cloud hue of the trunk; with those soothing lilac orbs with elvish ears and turquoise porphyrin feathers and thread-like tails. It was Xilon, Eir's pegasus. Behind them was Ormr with his ebonic eyes glinting an opal shine, he was embracing the other two.

"Here are our guards!" Serephina exhaled her joy without taking her eyes off them. The other two women rushed towards her and greeted their lovely creatures. Sooner the great window perches were unlocked to let those massive creatures rest at flight. Ormr on the south, while Calypso and Xilon we're seated on the ease and west sites. Then everyone entered the virtuous room.

It was a least to luminous lit room with lanterns and flame torches that were reflected by the crystals and holy waters that embellished the room. The lights dawned every sigil and feature of the room. Rohana and Kenna stood there in the traditional capes that glide to conceal them than hugging them tightly.

"On the call of the divine, I feel pleasured to greet these kids. Come in dears. We would be letting you go and explore the clouds of prosperity," Rohana spoke excitedly.

"Graced by your presence our mother! May your blessings keep us in deserving wills," the three said in unison.

"If you are ready let's start the rituals. Give me your consents by drinking the holy drips from Kenna's hands." Rohana gestured with her morganite lips lifted in a standard smile.

Serephina footed forward with her white gown like cotton held by air. She took her final steps and let her red iris greet the calm citrines of Kenna. Kenna stretched her arms and handed over the goblet of water she filled from the stream that was flowing beneath the moon dust veiled bronze marked pond. Serephina held it and spoke

"To the souls of virtue,
To the knights of sacred hope,
All shall be blessed!
With the shine of luminaries,
And shadows of every moon.
To seek the dark through the light,
To grew bright and raise the flight,
Of wisdom and morals, of love and devotion.
From the strings of heart that play my beats,
I pledge to fulfil the wish of the divine mother.
Holding her promises I shall live,
Holding her hands I shall end.
Let this oath keep me bound,
Let the mind echo that I'm vowed,
I took this choice and shall abide,
As the lords want me and so mote it be."

Then she drank it in one shot. When the rejuvenation and blessing were spreading through her cells she retreated. Then Mordana took her turn and repeated the rites. Then came Eir's turn. She moved steady but some irks did haunt her. When she was unsure if she was ready she stood in front of her fear and agony.

Kenna twitched her lips when her amethyst eyes glinted at her inner fears.

"Night full of ales and a sad story. Here you stand shivering and weak. I don't think you would succeed. Better go back. Let them do it better. You are nothing better than a failure," Kenna spoke to her in a soft deep tone.

Her words infuriated Eir and she at one shot snatched the goblet from Kenna's hands.

"You have put my life at stake still the divine mother has her faith in me. I'm blessed but I wish you would be at least forgiven." Stating that she bent to looks at her reflection in the mirror that was kept on the floor, beneath the container of the sacred pond. She laughed at her reflection silently and then looked piercingly at Kenna. When her devil grins coated her soft coral lips she turned towards Rohana and gave her pledge. When she was done together they gave the concluding pledge.

"To stars of divine and beauty of life,
Here we bind us to you.
Be it pain or be it wisdom,
We walk along, we walk beside;
Be it plains or rugged terrains,
We walk along, we walk beside;
Be it pleasure or craving verge,
We walk along, we walk beside.
Show us the path and grace us along!
We have your blood you have our souls,
Together let us walk and keep the peace.
On the call of our divine mother,
An ocean of mercy and kind life,
Let this journey be a beautiful bliss,
Just as the lords want it to be,
And so mote it be!"
