John slumped on the couch. Every morning was boring. He wasn't exactly a morning bird, but he always spend time watching TV if he gets the chance.
Why is everyday always the same topic?
It was true, everyday, the newspapers and the people behind the social media would continuously talk about the war between two organizations. To authorities, these organizations are considered as 'crime families'. But John sees them differently. Vigilantism is considered as a crime and can be forgiven by only execution. These two organizations were vigilante groups.
One was called Spectre. This group was thought to be less powerful and small compared to the almighty EMBER. EMBER was a very powerful organization. Even though both groups have the same goals and logics, they go to war often. They fight and go on raids against each other. Probably because they each want this city all to themselves.
John always wondered why they would always refuse working together. It just didn't make any sense.
Ugh, stop thinking about this John, I gotta get ready for school.
He stood up and walked to his closet.
6:17 am
"Hey Sera!"
..?
"Oh. Hey John."
"You seem spacey today, you don't have any problems, do you?"
"Nah, just.. tired.."
I'm sorry that this episode was a bit too short, but I had to finish a project and a few work samples due at around the beginning of this month, I apologize for the delay and hope I can continue writing more.
