"That's a stupid disguise. I could tell it's him with one glance." Helmeppo's disapproving voice sliced through the laughter.
"NO ONE ASKED YOUR GODDAMN OPINION!" Boa Hancock's voice boomed, sharp enough to make Helmeppo flinch. Her arms crossed, face a mix of annoyance and protectiveness, her fierce gaze never leaving Luffy.
【The relief on Luffy's face vanished, replaced by a fierce glare directed at an unseen threat in the distance. His eyes narrowed, simmering with irritation. "What're you doing?! I've got a lot of valuable lunches stored in this backpack, you know!"】
The Straw Hats exchanged knowing glances, the urge to facepalm evident.
"Luffy-san always prioritizes his food. Yohohoh," Brook laughed, his skeletal grin widening, the sound echoing like a ghostly melody.
Usopp sighed, exasperated. "Yeah, he's being shot at by lasers and still worrying about his food!"
"Just like Ace," Thatch grinned, his laughter lightening the mood.
Ace shot him a glare. "Whatt? No, I don't!" He struck a dramatic pose, hands on hips, drawing more laughter from the group.
Izou leaned back, unruffled. His eyes gleamed with amusement. "It's true, though." His voice was calm, unwavering, lips twitching into a slight smirk.
Ace blinked in disbelief. "Seriously!? You too!?" His voice rose in mock frustration as he looked between Izou and Thatch for support.
Koala, quietly observing, grinned. "Sabo's like that, too!" Her playful tone lit up her face.
"No I'm not!" Sabo shot back, arms crossed, his smile betraying his feigned annoyance.
Coby snickered from the doorframe. "Garp-san too..." He couldn't hold back his laughter, eyes twinkling.
Ace smacked him on the head, mock fury in his expression. Despite the scolding, his enjoyment of the teasing was clear.
Laughter filled the room, the camaraderie warming the space.
"That's a lot of food in that backpack," Thatch said, whistling and grinning, entertained by the scene.
"Where is he, anyway?" Usopp asked, leaning toward the mirror, the group's attention shifting to the unfolding chaos.
【The mirror rippled, expanding into a silvery expanse, revealing a tense scene where the air felt thick with unease. The reflection warped briefly before solidifying, showing a confrontation between two groups: the Wanted Pirates, their vibrant attire stark against the grim background, and the Marines, flanking two towering Pacifista, their cold, lifeless eyes scanning the area with chilling precision.
Sentomaru stood frozen, eyes wide, his breath catching. "This is..." His whisper barely cut through the heavy silence, a tremor of disbelief in his voice.
A thick stillness blanketed the room, broken only by the rustle of fabric as everyone processed the gravity of the moment. Faces twisted in shock, mirroring the uncertainty hanging in the air. A sharp yelp pierced the quiet, followed by a trembling voice that sliced through the tension.
"T-That's the same face..."
All eyes turned to the source, a man clutching a wanted poster, his hands shaking violently. His face, drained of color, released the paper, which fluttered to the floor with a soft, thunderous impact, drawing every gaze.
The onlookers in the cage watched, rapt, but the figures within the reflection needed no poster to recognize the man draped in red, his gaze cutting through the tension with sharp, fiery intent.】
"Why are they so surprised, yoi?" Marco's voice broke through the tension, confusion furrowing his brows as he leaned closer to the mirror's reflection.
Sanji smirked, pulling the cigarette from his mouth with a flourish, the ember flickering in the dim light. "It's probably that time. I remember now," he said, mischief gleaming in his eyes.
"What do you mean?" Nami's voice was sharp, a mix of curiosity and irritation bubbling beneath the surface.
"Nami-san, it's the day we all met again after two years," Sanji sighed, a wave of nostalgia softening his features. "I haven't forgotten... NAMI-SWAN AND ROBIN-CHAN ARE SO BEAUTIFUL (♥0♥)."
Nami grimaced, her cheeks burning in annoyance. (╬▔皿▔)
The others exchanged exasperated glances, some nearly facepalming, while others shot incredulous glares at the love-struck cook, who was now awkwardly dancing around Nami and Robin.
"Oh, so it was that day!" Usopp cheered, his voice bursting with excitement, a wide grin lighting up his face.
【A sudden outburst rang through the hall, four voices rising in unison. "That's the same face... as the one on the wanted posters!" Shock and confusion painted their expressions.
To everyone's shock, the four figures resembled the Straw Hats, their clothes mirroring the crew's signature styles. But their faces, twisted and distorted, looked as though drawn by a mad artist's hand.
The Straw Hats exchanged stunned glances, the weight of the moment sinking in. This wasn't just a reflection; it was a reminder of their past and the uncertainty looming ahead.】
