these are VERY one dimensional and it's very dumb. lemme give you examples of how the characters got butchered in these crappy fanfics.

percy: he either acts like #PERSASSY, childish, an idiotic moron, the definition of the biggest dick in camp half-blood, needs annabeth all the time or a total dumbass.

annabeth: she either acts all demanding and / or obsessive over percy, annabitch ❪ especially in those awful chaos fanfics *shudders* ❫ or a nerd who enjoys reading. it's not like she canonically has dyslexia. OH WAIT —-

grover: *nonexistent*

frank: *nonexistent, like grover*

jason: a selfish stereotypical jock, who's jealous of percy. it's not like he didn't act like that in the books. OH WAIT —-

piper: a total fangirl, who's a stereotypical aphrodite girl.

leo: an idiotic latino christmas elf.

hazel: a cinnamon roll, even though she ISN'T like that.

nico: fits the stereotypical things those shitty homophobes put on gay people or a total vampire who hates the sun.

do i NEED to explain how horrible these are?!

i read this one apollo x oc fanfic, where that oc was EXTREMELY op and a mary sue. she's also percy's long lost twin so . . .

as you can see, i'm traumatised.

i don't have problems with this as i'm currently making one but the majority of these fanfics are for percy or leo. i know that there are some fanfics for jason but i rarely see these. self promo alert but . . . i'm currently making one for lester so i'm just going against these stereotypes.
