Quirk: Flea. Quirk description: Francoeur's quirk is a mutation/transformation type that gives him the proportionate abilities of a flea like jumping 80 times his hight, this being 640 feet due to him being 8 feet tall but he is unable to swim due to his quirk. He can switch between 2 forms, his flea form and his normal human form.
Backstory: Francoeur is an orphan from Paris who was abandoned at 5 years old due to his quirk. Because he didn't know how to control it and his little knowlage on it he was stuck in his flea form till he was 13 when he accidentally switched to his human form. He uses his legs like Deku does in his fighting and is Olympic level fast with high endurance and stamina.
Fun facts: Francoeur knows French, Japanese, and basic English. He has slight abandonment issues and aquaphobia(the fear of water) but it is not bad enough to where he is still able to be in the rain and take showers.
