Life is very strange. Isn't it strange that you could only live once? Even in the different creatures around the world gets to live once. Why is that?

Mortal, is what humans are also referred to. It is because of their lifespan? The ability to only live once and you die, it's game over.

But, sometimes, mortals can be vengeful after they die and become an anomaly. Why is that?

Immortal, is a term used by humans in fictional characters, the obvious opposite of mortal. Long lifespan.

But, isn't that also strange? Because sometimes, immortal could only be referred to long life but not impossible to kill.

Why is that?

Winter's harsh winds grew softer, snow stopped falling from the heavens. You were dropped gently to the cold grounds by the man who wears the tengu mask.

Looking up, you continue to admire the adult for his almost unnoticed kindness. Urokodaki stood infront of you, glancing at the demon who stopped shrieking from it's severed hand. The demon bare it's teeth to Urokodaki as it's hand starts to regenerate.

"You hunters always have to interfere to a demon midnight snack!" The demon shouted, launching itself to Urokodaki with an intent to kill him. "Just die!"

Urokodaki doesn't react much, didn't flinch even when the demon's claws was inches away from his own neck. In a swift motion, he mercilessly severed the demon's neck in one move.

The demon's eyes widened, in its head flying away from the body slumping to the ground. "No, no, no, no! Damn you! Damn you!" It started shrieking, cursing Urokodaki with its might.

You watch the scene unfold infront of you. On how the demon kept cursing Urokodaki despite his own body turning into ashes and scattering through the snowy winds.

You curled your brows at the moment seeing it's expressions going haywire. You listened carefully to every curse it spoke and it's voice was laced with desperation.
