The weekend went by in a breeze. Dream stayed at Sapnaps house Saturday through Sunday, as he usually does. The only difference with this weekend was George.

Sapnap knows Dream better than anyone else, and he knows that Dream felt something looking at George. He spent some of the weekend poking fun at Dream to get a funny reaction.

"Sooo about yesterday, George is pretty cute huh." Sapnap looked over at a droopy eyed Dream and smirked sarcastically. "I see the way you looked at him"

Dreams cheeks flushed pink "Shut up dude you're such an idiot."

Besides the occasional joking comments their weekend also consisted of Sapnaps screams as he lost in CSGO. Again. "Dude what the hell you suck!" Sapnap said into his headphones. Sapnap mostly played CSGO with his online friends, Punz and Sylvee, while Dream watched. Dream sometimes played minecraft, but he'd get distracted too easily and go do something else.

George's weekend was much quieter.

He did a lot of schoolwork. As a senior he was thinking a lot about college. Applying to many schools and looking into new scholarships daily. George was most likely going to be offered a full ride for his smarts. He knew this, and it made him even more motivated.

"Hey can you take me to Dani's house tonight?" George's sister, Ella, walked in his room asking.

George stayed focused on his textbook, not even noticing his sisters presence "Hello!!!" She shouted louder "George!"

George shot his head up "Oh hi, what do you need?"

Ella stepped closer looking concerned "George what happened to your face? Did you get hit?" She walked over to his desk.

George put his hood on "I'm fine Ella, what did you need?" He sounded a bit annoyed, but tried to lace his voice with normalcy.

"O-okay" She paused before continuing "Uhm could you take me to Dani's? Mom is asleep."

George sighed, I mean he had nothing better to do. "Sure" He responded flatly

They both exited the house quietly making sure they wouldn't wake their mom. Once they got into the car Ella broke the silence.

"George are you sure you're okay? That looks painful." She sounded worried

Before pulling out of the driveway George looked over at his young sister "Ella, I promise i'm good. No need to worry, okay?" He gave her a small smile trying to calm her nerves.

She smiled back "Okay"

That was the only interaction George really had the whole weekend. Ella ended up staying at her friends both nights, and his mom worked long shifts both days. George stayed locked in his room trying to study.

For some reason George found it a little more difficult to focus this time around. He couldn't get Dream off his mind.

Who even is he? Does he want to be friends?

No i doubt it.

George's mind paced as he completely stopped his schoolwork. This went on for longer than he anticipated, flip flopping his opinions on his new... friend? Guy? Person?

Who knows?

Well George doesn't know that's for sure.

Monday rolled around quite fast, the cool late summer breeze filled the small town. It was still early September, so the weather was perfect.

Sapnap woke up to the sound of his alarm.
