"Tobi is Sasori's replacement" Pain informed me, after having a private meeting with me using his sound wave communicators. Konan looked at me and noticed my obvious disappointment. I let out a sigh of frustration at the newly received news.

"Why him? I can just work alone you know, hm" I said confidently. My art is the only thing we need to catch the three tails, I will show them how they are more than blessed to have me in the Akatsuki.

"Deidara you know how it works.." Konan reminded me, the plan of having two-man squads is so that they can have each other's backs, plus two is better than one, the odds of winning in battle is high. However, it certainly drops when the teams of two split, like how I and Sasori did, which caused him his death. Without a support system, the odds of losing battles are dangerously high. I looked back at her, accepting my fate, still feeling frustrated.

"If that is all, we will be leaving now" Pain stated, looking at Konan then back to me. "Hm.." I nodded and left. I opened my eyes to see that I was still at the hideout, the hideout was filled with silence and I'm sure Hidan and Kakuzu will come back here after catching the two-tails.

"DEIDARA SENPAI"

A high pitched voice rang through the cave hall. I looked to my left, still feeling annoyed. The childish like man walked towards me.

"I'M TOBI" Tobi said, reaching his hand out.

I looked at his hand and back to him. Suddenly he gasped and shook his head "Deidara Senpai IM SORRY, I forgot you lost your arm" he said quickly, sounding sympathetic. I looked back at him, my anger fuming.

"Kakuzu stitched my arm Tobi," I said, deciding to ignore his tone and I pulled up my robe sleeve, showing him that my arm is now healing.

"Deidara Senpai do you want to go out later for some food?" Tobi asked, his voice a little too excited.

I shook my head, "I have to pinpoint the location of the three tails that we have been assigned to catch" I said, sounding rather annoyed. "But Deidara Senpai," he said, sounding very petty. What the fuck is this man's problem.

"LEAVE ME ALONE BEFORE I BOMB YOU TOBI" I yelled at him, my hand moving towards the clay in my bag. He took a few steps back, obviously fearful. Then he walked away muttering something about how I'm so mean. My ears perked up and I yelled "WHAT DID YOU SAY TOBI?"

The childish man ran away, the fear of being bombed really scares him. It's going to be a pain dealing with this guy.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's been three days since I have been assigned to Tobi and I have never felt more miserable. I was looking forward to mocking and annoying someone, not being annoyed. The worst part is he calls me senpai with the intent of making me like him. I just know it, it isn't sincere at all. He's just doing all he can to stay in the Akatsuki. Or at least flatter me with such praise.
I and Tobi are supposed to find the three-tailed beast, however before we spring into action, it is important that we get as much information as we can. For now, all I know is that this tailed-beast does not have a jinchuriki, which means we have to take it on in its true form. I wonder if my explosives will work. Currently, we are back at the main hideout, we will start moving in a few days.
"I can't deal with him" I complained to Hidan, who had just returned from capturing the two-tailed beast jinchuriki. Hidan let out a laugh and looked back at me with an evil smile, clearly having fun with my misery. "I've never seen you so pressed about a person Deidara," Hidan said, laughing even louder.
Irritated, I looked back at the silver-haired man and said "Oi, shut up before I bomb you, hm". Hidan, ignoring my comment, continued to laugh, his laughter filled the cave walls. This damn jashinist, does he want to meet his god early?
At that moment my hands moving to grab my clay. Hidan noticed this and slowly stopped his laughter, "I'm immortal Deidara" he reminded me, now he looked back at me, a proud smug smile on his face as he proudly exclaims his inability to die. I rolled my eyes at him, realizing how useless it is to talk to this prick.
Wow, what an achievement, Hidan.
"Deidara maybe you should try talking to him," he said now leaning back onto his chair. "Communication is key to good teamwork.." he added before his smile faded away, he looked more serious now.
Talking won't solve anything. I just know it. Plus, that's the whole point, I don't want to talk to Tobi. It just mentally tortures me to talk to him.
"DEIDARA SENPAI"
His voice rang through the walls of the hideout, I could hear fast steps of footsteps approaching.
"Speak of the devil.." Hidan said, looking in the direction where his voice was coming from. He turned his attention back to me and gave me a small smile. I looked back and glared at him. What an unhelpful asshole, all he did was listen and laugh. Well, I didn't expect much for complaining to Hidan.
"Hi, Tobi" Hidan greeted him, not in a friendly manner but more of a mocking tone. Tobi waved back and turned his attention to me.
"Deidara senpai..we need to find more food, our food stock here is finishing.."He whined, almost like how a child would. He crossed his arms, attempting to look serious.
"You go get more food Tobi I'm busy," I said rather rudely, I hate having Tobi's presence around me. Hidan sighed and looked at Tobi. I'm sure he thinks what great partners Pain has set together.
"I can help you out if you want Tobi" Hidan said, trying to sound slightly nice. But Tobi refused.
"I want Deidara Senpai," he said whining. I shot him a dirty look and pointed at the sculptured clay I have on the table. "I'm BUSY" I said through my gritted teeth.
"I'll wait for you Senpai" Tobi said happily, he waved and pointed at the main entrance of the cave, before walking towards it and sitting down.
"Deidara he's actually going to wai-"
"He can wait until he rots" I replied to Hidan, sounding more annoyed than ever. The way Tobi is making Hidan look better than him. This man truly knows how to annoy people.
I want to bomb him and get over with it.
